I’m very happy with Ron’s thorough and professional evaluation of my roof and chimney.

From the office staff (don’t recall all names) sales rep Greg, regional manager Joe, all the way through the INSTALLATION crew Cristian Rory Jessie Miguel Lewis (I think I am missing a name) This has been a good experience. Everyone was extremely patient explaining to me what was happening, responsive to my questions and any additional things I requested and getting everything completed and done on time. Even though their pricing was more than others, my peace of mind and their work ethics made them invaluable. Can’t say enough about Guardian and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Roof or Gutter installation or repair.

The boot replacement , on a metal roof , around a stainless chimney pipe was a difficult project . Extra care was necessary to stay up on the roof safely , not to mention the exhausting body positions needed to actually do the hard manual labor the project required . Add to that needing to battle a swarm of wasps ( two stings!) and I was amazed at his perseverance . The boot was replaced successfully , but a new covering shroud is needed to be custom built , promised ASAP .

This crew is awesome! They are so considerate and and kind. I watched them many times while working on a complex two week project, their attention to detail and concern for doing quality craftsmanship was always present especially with the challenging wood work. From day one everyone from Guardian has presented themselves professionally and has insisted on extremely open and consistently positive communication. I highly endorse this company and its representatives without hesitation due to their integrity, competence and professionalism.

Robert managed the project, communicating clearly with me about the time and Edwin completed the cleaning, using a method that protected my roof and respected my property. The roof looks great! I like the method Guardian employs because it is very effective but doesn’t harm the roof.

Jimmy Brown and his team did a fantastic job on our project. We had a massive leak and actually had a contract with another company, but due to severe lack of communication and multiple issues with follow-through on our agreement, that fell through. We reached out to Guardian Roofing and Jimmy was at our house the following day. He performed the most thorough inspection (we had 5 or 6 companies out) and afterward sat down with us to talk through all our options, answered all the questions we had, and really put our minds at ease after a terrible experience with the previous contractor. When it came to the actual project and completion, they did very quick work. It only took them 2 days to complete a full tear-off including the existing plywood and then mold treatment to our attic eaves, installation of new plywood, underlayment, new vent system, shingles, and reinstallation of gutters. The only thing that was a little less than ideal was the total price, but given our experience, the extra cost is totally worth it knowing you’re getting a well established company that does great work and provides top notch customer service. I would also add that Jimmy did work with us on the price due to our situation and the fact that some work had already been started by the other company, and he presented us multiple options at differing price ranges. In addition, the work and product has great warranties that can be transferred if you’re thinking of selling within the lifespan of the roof. If we had to do it all over again, Guardian would be the first (and most likely only) company we’d call.
