Guardian Protection Plan

Edwin showed up this morning to replace some flashing on our roof. He did a GREAT job! Whenever I interrupted him with a question he was ready to explain what he was doing. The end product looks good and our roof is now in much better shape thanks to Edwin and Guardian Roofing! Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jackson was very thorough and very professional in explaining the work he was proposing to fix issues with attic ventilation. We haven't signed a contract or had any work done yet.

Cristian and his team did a great job, They worked together well to find a logical solution(s) to the problem, and kept me informed of their discoveries and progress. There was no mess left behind, their work areas were clean. The crew found a couple of areas that contributed to the leak, fingers crossed. All in all the Guardian Team did a great job, no worries about them on site. Thank you!!

The additional pictures are of the soft wash done by Edwin Gutama. The care he took with our home not only on the roof, but our surroundings was just so respectful. Not only to us but to our neighbors. We're in the process of selling our home, the cleanup he performed after the wash was perfectly executed. It was getting dark out. Its winter. He was outside with his flashlight inspecting our windows to make sure everything was cleaned off from the wash. Edwins attention to detail, communication, punctuation, respectful demeanor and soft approach when sharing information about the process was very much appreciated for me personally. Greg Bischoff came and did a thorough inspection of our home gutters and down spouts. He then sat at our table and calmly and professionally told us of some problems occuring and his remedies. And this became the Highlight of the whole Estimate experience, for two 70 year old, retired folks. Greg Bischoff talked us slowly, carefully, and clearly through our options, and the BEST one he recommended, was a less costly one (which is significant for us) and this option he was confident would fix the gutter and water management problem we were having. We are very, very pleased, to have been given a pleasant and professional estimate. Highly recommend so far, this individual, and the company he represents.

Ron Otis did an excellent job representing Guardian Roofing. He arrived on time, he did a thorough (and videotaped) inspection of the roof, he provided a clear and pragmatic roofing solution that would best serve the realities of our particular structure, and finally, he gave us a clear and helpful overview of various payment options.
