Jose was so kind and thorough, his work was fast and my new gutter and drain pipe makes a wonderful improvement to my home. He even used a magnet to make sure he got whatever nails/screws that got dropped. I am so pleased. Love the guarantee on their work!!

This is the first part of 2 or multiple reviews of this company. My chimney crown is 59-60 years old and in terrible shape ( kind of like me, lol). I started looking at companies to replace it and Guardian was my 2nd company to look and quote the work. The scheduler was prompt in answering my website request and gave me an appointment in just a few days. Text updates were timely and pertinent. I was given updates and when Dallas was assigned a picture and bio. He arrived at 0900 exactly to the second at my house. My ladder was already up but he secured it from sliding before we went on the roof. Inspection and education was quick and accurate. He worked up a quote that was $1,000 less than the other company. I agreed on the spot. Now I’m waiting on the scheduler to give me a work date. More to follow, sport for the long winded comment but they deserve it so far.

Guardian Roofing came out and cleaned our roof and gutters, and installed our new gutter system the following day. Amazing work done by Sam and Jose who were highly professional and had great teamwork. What an incredibly huge difference it made! Special thanks to our technicians that ensured all of our exterior areas ( patio decks, plants, and furniture) were just as clean as they were prior to the treatment. Would highly recommend this company for roof and gutter cleaning and gutter replacement!
