In 2026, Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation, a trusted roofing company in Auburn, WA, celebrated eight years of giving back through its HALO Project, an annual community initiative that provides free roof repairs and replacements to deserving individuals and families in need. This year, Guardian honored military family and Lakewood residents Steven Sorensen and his wife Penney by ensuring their home remained safe, secure, and protected from the elements. Through community nominations and local support, the HALO Project continues to make a difference by offering professional roofing services, reinforcing Guardian Roofing’s commitment to quality craftsmanship, customer care, and community service across Auburn, Lakewood, and the greater Puget Sound region.

As Guardian continues to grow, we’re proud to announce that we now serve the entire Pacific Northwest, with our new Wilsonville, Oregon location expanding our ability to provide top-quality roofing, gutter, and insulation services to even more homeowners. With this growth, we also plan to expand the HALO Project, ensuring even more families across Washington and Oregon receive the support they need to keep their homes safe and secure.

I had Gabriel clean the roofs of our main house, guest house and two out buildings. He did an excellent job on all the roofs. We have walkways and a brick deck around the main house. He did a great job of cleanup. This was our first experience with Guardian Roofing and we are very pleased.

Jose and his team were excellent to work with, this guy has excellent PR skills and is determined and thorough in finding the problem. I've had Guardian Roofing in the past, that's why I called them for this problem and will continue to use them. Ron Bracali is always my initial go to guy to do the analyzing and he is a hound dog, super thorough and determined. This is my goto roofing outfit for any future jobs, I highly recommend them!

Edwin did a roof cleaning for us. This was the first time we had used Guardian and we were very impressed. The communication from beginning to end was top notch and the day of the cleaning Edwin reached out to me before he got here to let me know he was on the way, which is what they said he would do, and when he got here he was very kind and friendly. Explained what he was going to do and did a fantastic job. After the job the email sent was full of pictures from before and after again like they said he would do and it was great to see how things looked in the end. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

Edwin did a great job. He worked hard for about 6 hours. The prep work he did to protect the plant's was very thoughtful and the cleanup was very thorough and he left the area around the house cleaner than it was when he started.
I would recommend Guardian to anyone needing to have their roof cleaned.

They offer no cost exam and estimates. They sent Edgar C., who is highly professional and trustworthy. After an exam they found no damage to my roof . This is a honest and reliable business. If I ever need roof or gutter work, I would choose Guardian.

Cristian, Jessie, & Marco were complete professionals during installation. They were done in 2 days, cleaned up so I could not tell they were here and were very personable. They were considerate of my partner who works overnights and was sleeping. Very happy with the roof install.
