I called Guardian for help assessing the condition of a rake piece on my roofing. I could see from the ground that the rake was cracked, and Ryan Hamilton, the Guardian technician who examined the piece from the ground and by getting up on the roof to see the rake more closely, did a terrific job. Edwin Gutama is working on my roof today. He has been at it since 9:00am and it is now nearly 6:00pm. I’ve been watching his work style and focus, and it’s clear that Edwin is intelligent, careful and precise. To the best of my knowledge, he has not stopped, and is earning every penny he’s paid. Edwin is a bit quiet, but friendly and courteous. He is doing the work of two roofers on this project, having replaced some rotten plywood sheets, not to mention moving many heavy cement tiles on a 12 X 12 pitch (eight+ troughs for later cleaning). Edwin has honored the reputation of Guardian Roofing with a high quality job performance. Thank you for sending him.

Our roof was over 26 years old, and we knew it was time for a replacement. Like many homeowners, we were dreading the expense and gathered three bids, all of which were fairly close in price. Guardian wasn't the lowest bid, but they also weren't the highest.

English, who handled the financing, was also wonderful to work with. She clearly explained our financing options and was always available to answer my follow-up questions.
When it came time for the installation, Christian's crew—Jesse, Marco, and Christian—were exceptional. They were friendly, polite, hardworking, and very respectful of our property. They cleaned up thoroughly every evening and kept the job site organized throughout the project.
The entire project took about a week, and we could not be happier with the finished roof. In fact, three of our neighbors have already decided to get quotes after seeing the quality of the completed work.
