Guardian replaced my roof in 2020 and now I'm having the roof cleaned, moss protection applied, and gutters and downspouts replaced.
Justin Borcher performed the inspection and estimate explaining all issues and recommended solutions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a manner that we could understand and he made sure that we were comfortable with the presentation. I would highly recommend Justin Borcher and Guardian for any roof issues.

They came and did light maintenance and cleaned our roof and gutters. They did an excellent job and went the extra mile and cleaned up very well.

Jeffrey came out and gave a great inspectikn and verified our concern on our vent pipe boots and gave us overall timeframe left on the roof. Santiago came out and did the work. Excellent getting them out, scheduled, repair done. No upselling or doomsaying - just straight up "here's our assessment, here's the timeline for larger repairs and here's our cost."

Usually tough to find somewhere where the scheduling, estimate, work, etc... we're all top rate. Not the cheapest but reasonably priced. Solid work and would gladly have the Guardian Crew back out again.

Recardo Garcia and his partner did repair work on my chimney and otherh issues today. They worked very hard and at end of day cleaned up everything. I would recommend them completely.

Max came out to give me a bid on roof and gutter cleaning on my lake cabin. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and honest about what my roof needs, and what they could do to preserve my roof and extend its life. He answered any questions I had and gave me a bid for the work.

Josh made the journey to the island to look at our leaky roof problem. He was very courteous and helpful. Since we can't get up there to see what's going on, he made a very helpful video that showed us exactly what the problems are. Very impressed with Gaurdian service so far. Waiting now for their estimate for repair.

Guardian Roofing was amazing! They spent much more time at our home than they originally anticipated to make sure everything was done thoroughly and correctly. The finished work looks fantastic, and their team was kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Excellent workers and very happy with the results. Working with Deimar made a big difference in doing this project. His patience with me while I was fighting my HOA is very much appreciated. He deserves extra credit for his work on this project.
