I really like Guardian Home Services. Four years ago we had a roof leak. Our old roof needed replacing but we weren't ready financially to do it. All the roofer companies I had out refused to repair the roof, except Guardian. They acknowledged that the roof needed replacing but said they could do some repairs to help the roof last a few more years allowing us to continue to save for a replacement. They did great work. Well that was 4 years ago and it is now time to replace the roof. We will definitely consider Guardian when choosing a roofing company to replace our roof this year.

Jimmy was wonderful! He was very thorough in educating us on the materials used and the process for our new roof, insulation, gutters and repair of our fireplace.

TLOVE and JJ help me choose windows to update and preseve my home. Easy affordable Financing, and high quility triple pane windows. Both JJ and TLOVE listened to what I wanted and neede. .Shout out to Dabellla for making this happen, my current windows are failing and over 38 yrs old. ILL follow with pics when project is completed!

Edgar did a great job… He showed up on time he was very personable. He was very professional when he was finished doing the roof inspection. He showed me all the videos and explained everything to me in detail… Super nice friendly guy highly recommend.

Great experience with this company. I got a 50 year roof and a new gutter setup for much less than I was expecting with top notch materials. Friendly people who are easy to work with. Getting it done right is the only way to go!

Dallas is amazing. He is knowledgeable, does a thorough job on the roof solution and has good rapport with customers! This is the 4th job I am having Guardian do, and Dallas has been the representative all four times. Once Dallas does his roof walkthrough, Dallas lists all items needed in detail on the contract. Then, he goes over all line items to make sure I understand what is needed. He explains roof maintenance and repair in an easy to understand fashion. I am so glad for Dallas and Guardian. They are keeping the roof over my head and at my rental house in great shape!!

The workers that do the work also work hard. I see all team members on task every time. They take pictures to show their work is complete and cleanup after the job is done. Then a supervisor comes to do a final review and makes sure the customer is satisfied and happy. Can't ask for anything better!

Wow, my PM Dallas was excellent in assessing our leaking solar tube and condition of our roof. Very thorough, provided pictures/video of the issues. Then presented a costed project plan to fix our issues.

This is the third time I've used GUARDIAN ROOFING to clean and treat the roof and gutters. The service tech Maison Becker was superb! Professional, efficient and thorough! Gabriel, Ricardo, Miguel & Aldo, very adorable crew, grateful for their hard work & care for us & our house, very sweet people. I love chatting with them in the morning & like today, Miguel's son too was in, part of the team & when I introduced myself, he happily pointed to Miguel proudly & said, "that's my dad." What a blessed morning for a mom like me to see that. I can write a lot but it is enough to say that I see lots of little detail, they care & it makes a difference.
