Everyone was extremely patient explaining to me what was happening, responsive to my questions and any additional things I requested and getting everything completed and done on time. Even though their pricing was more than others, my peace of mind and their work ethics made them invaluable. Can’t say enough about Guardian and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Roof or Gutter installation or repair.

The boot replacement , on a metal roof , around a stainless chimney pipe was a difficult project . Extra care was necessary to stay up on the roof safely , not to mention the exhausting body positions needed to actually do the hard manual labor the project required . Add to that needing to battle a swarm of wasps ( two stings!) and I was amazed at his perseverance . The boot was replaced successfully , but a new covering shroud is needed to be custom built , promised ASAP .

This crew is awesome! They are so considerate and and kind. I watched them many times while working on a complex two week project, their attention to detail and concern for doing quality craftsmanship was always present especially with the challenging wood work. From day one everyone from Guardian has presented themselves professionally and has insisted on extremely open and consistently positive communication. Guardian did an excellent job cleaning my roof. Robert managed the project, communicating clearly with me about the time and Edwin completed the cleaning, using a method that protected my roof and respected my property. The roof looks great! I like the method Guardian employs because it is very effective but doesn’t harm the roof.
