Protecting What Matters Most, One Roof at a Time

Expert assessment. Bid matched my expectations for the consultation.

Great reporting my chimney and cleaning my roof. I would use them again in the future.

Estimator, Deepesh, did a deep dive in our attic and roof. He found several spots where water damage occurred. He did a thorough job of explaining the issues, problems with the home builders cheap materials and cost for repairs.

I chose Guardian Roofing to do some roof repairs. They did a wonderful job. While they were repairing they noticed one of my skylights was in bad shape. At first they told me it was going to be a week out in order to replace it. Later that week he came and replaced it in about an hour. Now the rain has come and everything looks good and dry. 10/21 Thank-you

Great service! Very friendly and thorough, appreciate the use of video to breakdown and show the issues and what work needs to be done.

Mason was great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. He spent considerable amount of time explaining the ins and outs of needs and resons why they need to be done. Our problems are both insulation and gutter repair, so he did double duty. He is an excellent representative for your company.

Guardian is a great trustworthy and efficient company. They can easily manage condo buildings. Highly recommend!

Kevin came out to do an inspection and give recommendations for cleaning and venting. He was thorough and professional but also personable and relatable. We have signed a contract for this month as well as maintenance service within the year, and look forward to the work.

Nathan showed up on time was very conscientious. He explained in detail what was going on with our leak and offered solutions and listened to our concerns. We’ve worked with Guardian roofing in the past and have been very happy with their services.

Removed and replaced insulation in attic. Messy job but they were Exceptionally thorough and exceptionally clean.

Deepesh was so personable! Quick to build good rapport. Very knowledgable, the estimate seemed fair. Enjoyed his visit very much. We have been repeat customers for over 20 years and always get excellent service and results.

Very pleased with the results and overall project. Lydia, George and Mitchell were amazing!

Anything to do with your roof can be a daunting task. Who to trust, Are you getting what you’re paying for, Will the work be done right… Just a few of the important questions that we have to tackle when obtaining roofing services. We decided to go with Guardian Roofing rather than take a chance on a lower price, even if recommended. We wanted the long-term guarantees and satisfaction of a job well done as well as the professionalism and guidance throughout the whole process. Making sure that we were satisfied and all of
the checks & balances is what makes all the difference! Evan was amazing at coordinating everything, checking in with us & helping us arrange all that was required as well as setting us up for the future. Making sure our roof stays healthy is just as important as repairs or replacement.

Christian, Jessie, and Marco removed my wood shingles and replaced them with asphalt shingles, and they did a wonderful job. They were very friendly, always happy with their work, and accommodating. I really liked them all (and my wife did too).

Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and provided alot of information regarding roof replacement and gutter replacement. Were still researching roofing companies and we will call Andrew once we make our decision by next week

Highly recommend Guardian Roofing! Even though we had a small repair project, we were treated with complete professionalism, politeness, and excellent communication throughout.
Dallas (Estimator) got us started with a smooth process, Santiago (Installer) did an absolutely excellent job with the repair, and Robert (Project Manager) kept everything organized and running seamlessly. The entire team was right on time, highly communicative, and incredibly professional. I will 100% use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for roofing or repairs!

Truly a customer service professional and a five star asset to your company.
