Dallas is, by far, the most competent, thorough, patient, friendly, and professional Inspector and estimator we have ever seen for a roof or anything else. He knows his business and can easily explain the process at each step of the way. The price is high but the amount of work to be done and materials required will ensure a tight roof, which should last us at least another 10 years. So, it will be a good investment.

Jose arrived when promised which is greatly appreciated. When Gabriel and Samuel arrived shortly thereafter they were all about doing a great job and getting it done properly. They were wonderful and I am extremely happy with the finished job. Waiting for rain so I can witness NOT getting drowned when I leave my front door. THANK YOU.

Uriel did a great job. Asked me before if I had any questions and took the amount of time he said he would. The boots were done nicely an look a lot better than what we had. He also touched base with me when he was done to show me installation pictures and explain that Guardian would contact me to schedule the roof washing.

Juan repaired some damaged siding for us and did a great job. He was friendly, communicated well, did fantastic work and cleaned up each day. I would hire him again and highly recommend him.
