Andrew was familiar to me from my roofing experience in MAR 2020. He is a very friendly person and always gives me good advice. He fixed a small roof problem on the spot. I have done several large projects with Guardian and have always been very satisfied. And Andrew has been the main person on these projects that I can communicate with. Uriel was the tech who did the work. He is amazingly fast and efficient and the work looks very good. Cleanup was 100%

Josh, on behalf of Guardian Roofing, inspected my roof & discovered the source of a leak that I was experiencing. Three other companies had been unable to find it. Josh took pictures of the leak location to verify what he found. In addition, there were some issues with the installation of the roof vents which he recommended resolving while they were repairing the leak. I was very impressed with how thorough the inspection was and obviously very happy they found the source of the leak. Josh explained the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. I am very satisfied with the experience I had.

Awesome experience with Guardian Roofing, I unfortunately experienced some bad workmanship from a different company and wasn’t comfortable giving them any more of money to fix their mistakes. So I reached out to guardian with a very tight timeline to get the repairs done and they did a fabulous job. I will be sure to contact them again on my next roofing project.

Maison Becker. dude was legit. Explained everything I needed/wanted to know about the conditions of my roof and had no issues with any notices of the entire process and I was offered excellent choices of what to replace my shingles, plywood itself & gutters to reensure the safety and quality of the products ! Gotta hand it to the guy, with all the background knowledge I was given of the company and specialists, I am not surprised at all these guys are number 1 around the area with improvements to be involved with every step, I've learned they are willingly trying to exchange ethics for trust. This was a repair under warrantee. The roof repair held all through last Winter, but we had a terrible rain storm last weekend, which led to a new drip, but still within the area of the repair. He showed me a picture of the tree branch that had caught on the corner of the chimney flashing that may have caused a back up. He removed the branch, and had caulk in the truck that match my green roof. It looked good, we'll see if it holds. Best part? No charge! Under warrantee.

The most expensive of the ones I contacted. Wanted $5k just to reroof a shed.

The inspector, Gabe Ronkar was very detailed and provided a lot of information. In the end the cost was too much but I plan on contacting Guardian in the future concerning roof maintenance based on Gabe's recommendations.

I called 3 different roofing companies, one guy came on Tuesday, very nice respectful man, he walked around took pictures, and said he would send a bid. I was expecting that from Ron, but he went above and beyond, he went in our attic, git a ladder and looked at the roof pretty good, he's very well educated on replacing a roof, I thought I knew allot due to my Dad when I was a teenager had a roofing business, and I helped when I was younger, so I was hands on stripping a roof and putting a new roof on back in the early 80's. So I learned so much more, I do have one more bid coming Friday at 1pm, but I have a strong feeling we will be going with Ron, he's very personable, and respectful that is hard to find in our world it's rare, this man what ever he's getting pain, he is a priceless employee. This company is very lucky to have Ron as an employee.

Other roof companies wouldn’t even come look at my roof to assess the situation. But guardian offered to come look at it and give me their opinion at no charge. Joshua was very thorough, attentive and informative. He let me know that my roof still has a lot of life left, but could use a washing (which I had requested they give me a quote on). After he made the initial assessment and video, I pointed out an issue with a downspout. He happily climbed back on the roof to assess what the issue was. Would recommend.

April was my first impression of Guardian Roofing. She was great with customer service skills and set me up with Andrew Clark, who came by today to analyze our roof. Andrew exudes professionalism. Jimmy did a very thorough job of analyzing all the potential areas that could be involved in my brother's leaking roof. He spent extra time trying to get to the root cause. And even though no final conclusion was reached, he promised to continue pursuing the best course of action by consulting with his co-workers to see what the best next step should be.

Ron was great explaining to me my options and quoted a fair price for cleaning and gave me other tips as well. I liked the video as well since I can't see on top of the roof.

Ron Otis came to our home to inspect our roof and provide a quote for a potential roof replacement. He spent more than an hour inspecting in detail the attic and outside roof for free, and then took the time to sit down with us and discuss our options without pressuring us into unnecessary fixes or upgrades. We truly felt that he was serving as a resource with our own best interests at heart, and he offered to review competitor quotes to walk us through an apples-to-apples comparison of their offers. Guardian Roofing switched out a large roof over my horses’ stalls/aisle on my barn/arena. They also switched out old gutter, added protection for rainwater backdraft (creating big leaks) and added downspouts. Francisco and his men did an awesome job demolishing old metal roof and replacing with better type roof, all while being very efficient, detailed and quality focused as well as ensuring every evening that all stalls and paddocks were clean and free from any potential nails (dangerous for horses). The last phase was the gutter work and they came in swiftly, efficiently and also high quality work adding the longest gutter I’ve seen in one piece 😁 and all while I could work my horses outdoor without any problems from the crew (no scaring horses). Really pleasant and excellent work by Ronny (Lead), Erick, Isaiah, Zeck and Kevin. All done and cleaned up over half a day.

This is the second roofing job that Guardian has done for us and we could not be happier. Jim was a true professional. He was thorough and extremely helpful in assisting with homeowners insurance. He really went over and above. We are so grateful! As to the actual job, it is really beautiful. We were out of town at the time and when we returned, we had an amazing new roof. The clean up was excellent. The yard looked better after the job than before. Give these folks a try, you won't be disappointed. Great value and the people are amazing. Well, we are on job #3 with Guardian! This time it was roof cleaning and moss treatment. Cannot say enough about our experience with this company. They are thorough and treat our home as if they live here. Luis was our technician this time around and in spite of torrential downpour, weather conditions that would deter a duck, these men were amazing. Our home is 16 years old and I wanted to have our roof inspected. I called Guardian Roofing and Gutters to see if we needed anything done. Justin Borchers came out and went on our roof and inspected it. Once he was done he came in our home and sat down and showed us a wonderful video he had taken of our roof and gutters. In the video he explained in detail what he found. The roof had small spotty patches of moss all over and the gutters were full of debris and leaves. The moss needed to be removed and the gutters needed to be cleaned inside and out. Justin didn’t just say it we got to see what was actually happening up there with our own eyes. I was extremely impressed with this process. Justin also did a small presentation of the company on his laptop. Here are my favorites: 1. Family owned. 2nd Generation 2. Gives back to the community. 3. A+ rated by the BBB. 4. All technicians are employed by Guardian not contractors. 5. They send out a bio and picture of the person coming to your home. We scheduled a non-invasive roof clean, environmentally safe moss treatment and gutters cleaned inside and wiped clean on the exterior. Everything looks beautiful.

Richard Lamont was very familiar with the type of roof we have and quickly located two punctures which were the source of the leaks. He was able to make repairs as a temporary fix until a more permanent solution could be arranged. Inventory damage was kept to a minimum thanks to Richard's expertise. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend Guardian in a minute.

Presented Guardian as maybe not the least expensive, but among , if not, the best out there. Quote a bit of a shock, but we have a complex roof and going from shakes to shingles adds up. Offered less expensive options with less warranty, etc. Like his suggested option, hope his pencil sharpener is working.

Many companies won’t even work on cedar roofs. Guardian has done a great job maintaining my roof. Joe is very responsive via text message and phone calls. He doesn’t try to upsell me on services I don’t need. I trust him as a point person for this company.

This review addresses my recent experience with Guardian Roofing, highlighting a significant disconnect between the quality of their work and the professionalism of their customer service and communication. While the final roofing job was of high quality, the process was filled with issues that made the overall experience extremely frustrating and, at times, alarming. The first issue began when the crew arrived ten days ahead of our scheduled appointment without any prior notice or confirmation. My partner was at home in an online meeting, and the crew began work without checking in. This unannounced arrival was not only disruptive but also demonstrated a complete lack of respect for our personal schedule and property. The situation was compounded when the crew left our back gate ajar, leading to a serious safety risk. Our dog, a beloved family member, escaped and was missing for two hours. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and goes far beyond a simple inconvenience. Additionally, the work led to some of my outdoor chair cushions being ruined, which I now need to replace. Again, had they not showed up 10 days early this would not have been an issue! Following these incidents, I made three separate phone calls to speak with a manager, but my calls were not returned. It wasn't until my third attempt that I finally received a call back. This demonstrates a clear breakdown in their customer service protocol and a disregard for client concerns. The company's final offer of a mere $50 discount for all this trouble—from the unannounced arrival to the lost dog—was dismissive and insulting. The quality of Guardian Roofing's finished work, was decent but see the attached photos of the area they neglected to clean. I cannot in good conscience recommend them based on their poor customer service and communication. The lack of professionalism, disregard for personal property, and the severe safety oversight with the gate were major failures. Potential customers should be aware that the high quality of their roofing work may come with a deeply frustrating and irresponsible service experience.

Recommend to avoid. The scheduling process required several calls where I kept being asked for the same information already provided, the salesperson/consultant kept calling me "bud," and the repair person stripped a significant amount of paint off of the gutters.

My roof looks good and I feel like they did a good job but the whole experience definitely wasn't great.

Dallas Del Rosario is the inspector today. I am amazed by his work! He came on time not early, not late, on time! Unlike other roofers just use the drones. He went into my attic, taking pictures, videos, then went on the roof. Then he showed me everything. I am still waiting for the estimate to see if it is affordable. His attitude and professioncy make me feel safe. Not sure how much they will charge for this job. If it is acceptable, they are my top choice.

I should have called them first, I needed to replace my entire roof and got several quotes from smaller LLC's and businesses but was not satisfied with the price they quoted and how they communicated information to me... All the other places claimed to operate with "honor" and "integrity" but I consistently found large overestimates in material and square footage of my house, and radio silence when I asked them to explain how they came up with their numbers. Tyler and Patrick were great to work with, he explained exactly what I was getting and answered my questions on costs, lead times, and what to expect. After the roof was finished we saw some damage and Patrick offered to send a team out to fix it free of charge, which I greatly appreciate. They were quick to get started on work, finished the entire roof in 2 days (which I am still in disbelief of) and left me with a fantastic roof fixing all of my problems with it. They even took photos during the process so I could see what was going on while I was at work. The entire team at Gaurdian was also very kind and was great to work with, I truly cannot say enough good things.

After the windstorm our roof was a wreck, we weren’t comfortable getting up on most of the roof to clean the debris ourselves so we contacted Guardian. Their service was impeccable, our roof looks better than when we bought the house. From the first call to post cleaning every experience was top knotch. Our tech Carlos even called the next day to ask if we were happy with the service. One of our gutters came loose during the cleaning and Carlos spent an extra 20 minutes fixing it after he was finished. You should support local businesses like Guardian and you can trust them to go above and beyond.

Eduin from Guardian did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning our roof and gutters. He worked his tail off making sure that all the crud from the roof was washed away. He did me a favor and sprayed some of my own mildew ridder on the back side of one of my chimneys. Two thumbs up!

I believe I made the best choice in going with Guardian. Even though, their quote indicated we didn’t need a full roof replacement - we opted for the full meal deal with gutters. They had us full covered and replaced before the snow came in January 2025. We were especially sold on Guardian when they were able to not only replace the roof, but added the Kguard gutters we were looking for, and provided stabilizing supports for our porch overhang. They are easily approachable for every question we have had and provide so much ongoing support and education. When some of the shingles started warping, they came out to replace them right away. When we had questions about bathroom vent caps, they came out and checked each one both inside and outside of our home. I have zero regrets in hiring Guardian for my roof and gutters.

My experience and a word of caution for future customers: To begin on a positive note, the company demonstrated a high level of professionalism in how they set up the appointment. I received the contact information, bio, and credentials of the technician who would be arriving — something I truly appreciated and that gave me confidence going into the process. I also want to emphasize that my review does not reflect negatively on the installers themselves, Santiago and Travis. Both were courteous, respectful, and professional, and they carried out the work they were scheduled to do. Since I’m not a roofing or construction expert, I can’t evaluate the technical aspects of the job and have to trust that it was done correctly. That said, my concern lies with the company’s communication and how the scope of work was presented. As someone without professional knowledge in this area, I assumed — wrongly — that a skylight window replacement would include the full job: removing the old windows, installing the new ones, and restoring any resulting damage on the inside of the house. It seemed natural to expect the entire process to be covered, especially at this price point. What I didn’t realize until after the work had started — and after carefully reviewing the fine print — is that the contract explicitly excludes any work on the interior of the house. This means that any drywall damage or cosmetic issues caused by the window replacement are left to the homeowner to address. That was a surprise to me, and not something clearly communicated during the quoting process. To be clear: this was my oversight. I trusted the in-person explanation and didn’t read the contract line by line. But I now understand this is an industry norm — unfortunate as that may be. So let this be a lesson for others: don’t rely solely on verbal explanations. Read the full contract. Ask direct questions. If possible, consult a legal or construction professional before signing. It’s easy to assume you’re getting a “complete” service, only to find out later that key elements were excluded. And yes, I did confirm that this review is legally acceptable under the contract, which allows customers to share truthful feedback online after a good faith attempt to resolve any issues — which I made. I contacted the company about the damage to the interior and expressed my surprise that it wasn’t covered. They did refer me to someone… who never followed up. But that’s a different review altogether. Would I use this company again? Unfortunately, no. Despite the professional conduct of the individuals involved, the lack of clarity and transparency regarding the scope of work left me feeling disappointed and ultimately misled. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid the same confusion.

My only suggestion to the technician is to let the owner know that the job has been completed so he can answer any questions that the owner has if there is. The reason I chose Guardian was simple; I read what other people said about their experiences with them . The vast majority were very positive, stating that while they are not inexpensive, the work is done well and in a professional manner. I needed a new roof, plywood and insulation- the insulation dated to 1965 when the house was built. The crew was very professional and also cleaned up very well when they were done , and were very cordial and polite as well. I would recommend them for quality work.

Tyler came out to provide an estimate for a roof replacement. He was thorough, answered questions, and laid everything out. It will certainly cost more than I had expected, but some issues from the original build will be addressed and we're receiving upgraded gutters. Now we just wait for the new roof installation.

I contacted Guardian based on a news story I saw about their company giving away a free roof to a family in need. Maison came out and completed an inspection and presented an estimate which addressed what he deemed to be issues that needed to be addressed. After some discussion about our needs, we came to an agreement on price and scheduled the work to be done about 6 weeks later. Antonio did a good job keeping the lines of communication open throughout the project. Froylan and crew did a great job of the tear down and replacement of the roof and all vents and new skylight. He and his crew were respectful of our property and I was impressed with the cleanup every evening. Daniel and crew did a good job replacing all of our gutters. Though there was some slight confusion involving one section of gutter that was initially forgotten, he came out within a few days to complete the job and provided a creative solution for our needs. Carlos came out to finish the job of installing the chimney cap about a week after the roofing project was done and we were pleased with his work as well. We're still awaiting photos of the completed roofing and attic insulation project but hopefully those will be provided soon. There was a slight mishap with one of our window screens where it appears a piece of roofing material got caught and created a small hole during tear down, however Antonino retrieved the screen to repair it and we expect to receive it back any day. We did experience a rainstorm within a day of the roofing project being completed. We were somewhat surprised to see what appeared to be water running off the gutters instead of seeing the water tension pull the water into the gutters but we have been told that due to the oils in the paint on the gutters, that is to be expected in the beginning. We were told that once the oils dissipate, we should see more of the water being directed into the gutters vs off the front face and onto the ground. All in all, we recommend Guardian for their quality of workmanship and respect for our needs and property.

I had my roof done by Guardian 12 years ago. They were very flexible about how I wanted the job to get done. Recently I noticed that a couple of shingles around a skylight were buckling. When I called to ask about invoking the warranty they were actually happy I called. No really... they were happy... like they wanted to talk to me. Within 1 week they were out repairing it with my same shingles they had bought just for the repair. Carlos did a great job even though the skylight made it more involved.
