Edwin Gutama is working on my roof today. He has been at it since 9:00am and it is now nearly 6:00pm. I’ve been watching his work style and focus, and it’s clear that Edwin is intelligent, careful and precise. To the best of my knowledge, he has not stopped, and is earning every penny he’s paid. Edwin is a bit quiet, but friendly and courteous. He is doing the work of two roofers on this project, having replaced some rotten plywood sheets, not to mention moving many heavy cement tiles on a 12 X 12 pitch (eight+ troughs for later cleaning).
