Jackson is great! Very knowledgeable and professional. He took video of the problems with my roof and pointed out a chimney issue I wasn't aware of. He also had answers to alot of questions I had regarding roof replacement. He is a great asset for your company. Edwin came by today to do the repairs. He is fast and efficient. Very pleased!

I called for an estimate on a Monday morning, Matthew came Tuesday morning and gave us estimate, agreed on the estimate, Jose, Gabriel, Sam, and Marcos came Thursday morning with delivery of the material, old gutters taken off, new ones installed in the afternoon. Very satisfied, would recommend to others.

He worked with me on my hectic schedule, going above and beyond to meet the realtor at the house when I couldn't be there to truly diagnose the issue and establish a game plan. There was no debris left behind and the shingle repair perfectly matches. Everything was documented in thorough pictures so I could show the buyers it was properly repaired. Lots of good things to say about Guardian roofing starting with Depesh and Max who did our initial inspection and quote, Chester who was our communications guy and kept us informed as to when to expect the team, and Mitchell and Santiago who performed the repairs on our home ventilation, garage roof repair and installed new scuppers and downspouts for better drainage. First: We liked all the photos- both before and after- we don’t spend a lot of time on the roof or in the attic spaces and, as they say, A picture is worth a thousand words! Second: The entire experience was really stress-free because these guys are professional -in every way: Knowledgeable, polite, on -time, good communication all around- really impressive! Guardian was referred to us by a friend who had recently used them to replace his roof and do some remediation in his attic- Guardian did it all! We had interviewed four different companies and received multiple bids for the work we had done- I gotta tell you: it was sure nice, in the end, to deal with one company! AND the pricing for our (multi-faceted) project was competitive as well! Tomorrow they are back to install scaffolding in order to replace the cap on our chimney, which has literally disintegrated due to its age. Give Guardian a call; we couldn’t be happier!

Ron from Guardian Roofing came out to do an estimate for a full replacement. He was friendly and professional. He showed me pictures of his findings in the attic, and clearly laid out the pricing options and install process. Happy to get a clear straight offer without any pressure. UPDATE post work - I received a few quotes for a roof replacement, and Guardian is who came out ahead in price and professionalism. Working with Ron initially for the estimate and walking through the process was great. Malia reached out as the Project Engineer a few days before the work started to review things and answer any questions related to the placement of equipment and trailers, and then Eric the onsite lead called the day before and walked the area with me before the work started. Unfortunately we had some crazy weather with heavy rain and even two days of snow, but they kept my home protected throughout the process and got the job done. Alfredo and his crew did a great job on the roof and cleaning up around my home every evening. I would gladly go with Guardian for any work needed in the future.
