They came and did a thorough evaluation. They did the work they said they would do. My only complaint is that there were too many contacts. I would prefer one responsible person from start to finish. However, they did get the job done, on schedule: competent and courteous. New roof (down to wood: new underlayers, vents, etc.) and new attic insulation.

Ron made a a detailed assessment in regards to the condition of our roof with pictures and videos. Andrew was familiar to me from my roofing experience in MAR 2020. He is a very friendly person and always gives me good advice. He fixed a small roof problem on the spot. I have done several large projects with Guardian and have always been very satisfied. And Andrew has been the main person on these projects that I can communicate with.
