I really appreciated Joshua honesty and integrity He explained why our roof was leaking with video's and pictures. He also showed why the shingles were failing and how the crown on the chimney was cracked. He offered different price point options without pressure.

Guardian is an excellent company with extremely skilled employees. I had signs of a water leak coming out of my siding, and they promptly came out to trace the problem (at no charge) and it wasn't from the roof and gutters they replaced 1 year ago. Guardian stands behind their materials and workmanship. Nice work!

Been great so far in the initial inspection and documentation of the issue. They did a temp fix until they can come back out to fix my roof so this review is for initial services. **Update** Still 5 stars. It's only been 3 months but the roof looks great and they came while I was on vacation with no hassle. Took detailed, high quality, photos of the repairs and sent those to me right away. Side note: we found another leak coming from a different spot in our ceiling, but this came from a HVAC vent pipe that became detached from its outside roof ventilation. Unsure if that was during the roof repair but since I can't be sure, I put no blame on them and when I notified them about the issue, they came out and fixed it for me at no cost and within 24 hours.

Wonderful service. We have cement tile roofing and a corner hip tile came off in the wind. We called Guardian and they came out the next morning, even though it was snowing, and checked it out. They covered the opening with a small piece of tarp and will call back in the morning to set an appt. to fix and look at the entire roof before fixing. Mason Becker was the guy who inspected. He even checked out attic. We were so impressed with him. Super friendly, explained everything clearly, gave recommendations and what to expect next. 5 stars for Mason. Outstanding person and professional.

Dallas was very punctual, polite and professional! He did an extremely thorough video inspection of the roof and diagnosed a few nagging gutter problems effectively. His demeanor and communication skills are excellent.

Contacted Guardian about cleaning moss from roof. Eli arrived on time and was very professional all time th as t he was here. He explained everything very well. Performed an inspection of the roof, made a short video of the inspection. He was very thorough in explaining the condition of our roof and how they would accomplish the cleaning. Looks like Juan did a great job of replacing a patch of roof, even though I didn't have a chance to meet him and talk with him.

Jeffrey showed up on time and accommodated an early evening appointment so that my husband could be there after work. He was very thorough in his assessment of what we needed for our roofing, gutter and - as he found out in his inspection - our chimney project! We had 3 other roofing contractors come out before Jeffrey and he was the only one who actually got up into the attic and up in the roof to really look and see what we needed. He took time with us to explain products and process, making sure we understood the scope of the project. Jeffrey is a wonderful representative for Guardian Roofing!

Malia was the project manager on the work we had Guardian do for us, and she provided excellent service. Her communication was timely. She made things were done as promised, and I could tell that she cared. We were please with the work tht was done and will contact Guardian for future roofing needs.

From my estimator, Matthew, to the production team of Mandy and Antonio, and to the installers, Sam and Gabriel, everyone I dealt with was terrific with communication, follow up, and the gutters look great and work well.
