Certified Roof Replacement Services in the Pacific Northwest

This is the first part of 2 or multiple reviews of this company. My chimney crown is 59-60 years old and in terrible shape ( kind of like me, lol). I started looking at companies to replace it and Guardian was my 2nd company to look and quote the work. The scheduler was prompt in answering my website request and gave me an appointment in just a few days. Text updates were timely and pertinent. I was given updates and when Dallas was assigned a picture and bio. He arrived at 0900 exactly to the second at my house. My ladder was already up but he secured it from sliding before we went on the roof. Inspection and education was quick and accurate. He worked up a quote that was $1,000 less than the other company. I agreed on the spot. Now I’m waiting on the scheduler to give me a work date. More to follow, sport for the long winded comment but they deserve it so far.

Guardian Roofing came out and cleaned our roof and gutters, and installed our new gutter system the following day. I had Mr. Curran Shaw, Licensed Insulation Specialist, came out to assess my roof and gutter service today. He explained clearly how my roof condition was, and how could I best approach to maintain my roof for the best possible outcome. Curran was very knowledgeable and helpful to what I need to know. Guardian roofing did a fantastic job. It looks like I have a Brand New roof. I saw my neighbor getting her roof inspected and I asked if my roof could get inspected too.

Deepesh came over as soon as he finished, gave my roof a thorough inspection and explained what would be needed to getting it back to looking good. A huge maple had just been removed from the side of the house where branches had been laying on the roof and moss was thick. Some rain gutters were still filled with leaves and debris.

Mandy called me a few days later and explained what to expect when they came out to do the work. She was so patient with me through all of my concerns.

And then Oscar was there right on time and even offered to help my son cover his trailer…There was thunder and lightning and at times pouring rain and Oscar spent hours on the roof without a break. He was thorough and polite and took great care of everything. Clean up was great. I am thrilled….it looks like I have a brand new roof and I don’t have to worry about gutters this fall.

The Guardian roofing and insulation projects experience was a great one from first contact with onsite tech to office personnel to day of work crew a awesome experience all around and would recommend this group to all 10 outta 10 / nothing's free / but getting value for your money is very satisfying

Deimar and Zachary were wonderful and extremely helpful on my downspout replacement project. They coordinated well and were very punctual along with doing an excellent job with the replacement. Would definitely hire again.

We advised we thought the crew had done a good job Juan did his inspection taking his time and doing a very through overview of the prior work looking at everything spacing of shingles sheeting underneath shingles vents and skylight Installation peak metal installation and sealing of corners at stress points in roof Overall he agreed crew had done a professional job. Zachery and his Teammate did a superb installation of my new gutters. It was like watching two artists approach their canvas
as they carefully measured , tested the placement and then put everything securely into place. They were friendly, answered all questions took time to explain what, how and why they were doing certain things. Very careful with house and shrubbery cleaned up as they went and after completing project
