Guardian Roofing did incredible work for us. They removed our old torch-down roof, removed the old, insufficient insulation, air-sealed our attic, added new insulation and re-roofed the house with a beautiful new roof. In the process, they added new, necessary attic ventilation. They also removed the old “box gutters” (down spouts coming right out the roof) and prepared the way for new gutters.
Our experience with Guardian was extraordinary.
Edwuin Luciano Ruiz led the roofing team, and they did an excellent job with masterful skill and efficiency. The team was incredible to watch. They were friendly and easy to work with. The new roof is terrific. They did a great job of cleaning up, too, not an easy task when you’re tearing off a roof.
Jose Luis Carrillo Martinez lead the insulation team. They did remarkable work and our home is much warmer for it. Where the bedroom end of our top floor was always colder than the living room end, now the entire top floor is essentially the same, pleasant temperature.
Emmanuel “Manny” Saavedra was the overall project manager for our job and he blew our minds with his helpfulness. He went way out of his way to serve us, answering questions and helping with a few tweaks we needed. He made sure the entire process was excellent for us.
Ron Otis gave us the initial estimate at our house. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He spent quite a bit of time with us answering questions and making sure we understood our options. He adjusted the estimate several times as we switched gears on the plan.
“English” was helpful with financing and Rob the Production Engineer helped answer our questions.
Overall, Guarding Roofing vastly exceeded our expectations, which were high!! They flexed with our needs where other companies couldn’t work with our specific requirements. We give them 5/5 stars and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Guardian replaced my roof in 2020 and now I'm having the roof cleaned, moss protection applied, and gutters and downspouts replaced.
Justin Borcher performed the inspection and estimate explaining all issues and recommended solutions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Jeffrey came out and gave a great inspectikn and verified our concern on our vent pipe boots and gave us overall timeframe left on the roof. Santiago came out and did the work. Excellent getting them out, scheduled, repair done. No upselling or doomsaying - just straight up "here's our assessment, here's the timeline for larger repairs and here's our cost."
Usually tough to find somewhere where the scheduling, estimate, work, etc... we're all top rate. Not the cheapest but reasonably priced. Solid work and would gladly have the Guardian Crew back out again.
