Guardian Protection Plan

I called Guardian because I have a leak at the base of my chimney. I thought it was coming from a problem with my roof or a failure in the mortar. Ryan came out, got up on my roof and inspected everything. It turns out the problem isn't coming from the top but the actual foundation. While I didn't need Guardians services for this problem, you can bet because of Ryan's thorough inspection and honest acessment, when I need to reroof, it will be with Guardian. Building trust is building business, Ryan is a great representative of your company.

Ron was great, very thorough, video and pictures of issues on the roof, checked the attic, gutter, roof ventilation, and of course the shingles. Explained the cost, identified various options. Even offered financing options. Service follow-up within a week or so after inspection.

Ryan is a professional and willing to go 100% to help us prepare for the work that was done. When our roof was leaking he had spare tarps that he used to get us to the day of repair. He is an excellent communicator and really understood our needs as a client. Very credible.

Guardian roofing is super efficient. We booked the appointment online. Had a call in the morning and technician arrived our house at noon already. Ron has been very professional and inspected the roof with the tools. He gave us a video with clear information and was able to confirm the roof leak is a false alarm. We had a few contractors visit but Ron is the only one gave us accurate and professional information. He has also gave some some information on how to identify leaks, mold and mildew. Really appreciate all the helps.

Guardian Roofing just completed a re-roof of our 26 year old asphalt shingles and did an excellent job. The crew was extremely hard-working and very responsive to my questions. I've been quite impressed with the entire Guardian Roofing team from the sales person (Jackson) to the roofing crew to the gutter crew (led by Gabriel) and the chimney repairman (Edwin). Deimar and Tim were especially helpful, too, with customer communication. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a re-roof project.

The install guys did a fine job. Probably a smaller project then usual as it’s a small home but gutters look good and appear very solid and stable.
