I had concerns about a roof leak due to chunks of ceiling texture coming off and some leaky spots on my covered back deck. Ryan H came out and inspected the inside and outside of my roof, and I was super impressed by how helpful he was. He recorded video tours of what he saw on the roof, then walked me through it all. My roof turned out to be in great condition, with no leaks, and I wasn't charged for the inspection, which was amazing. He also gave me some super helpful and easy suggestions for fixing the leaky spots on my deck roof. Ryan was professional and a great communicator, and I really appreciated the tips!

Jeff was great. He listened to all of my concerns before getting up on the roof and into the attic for an inspection. He found that nearly all of the areas that looked to be leaking we're dry and the leaks had been previously repaired. The best part is that Guardian had done the prior repairs and he had all the records to show me. The prior owner simply hadn't refinished the soffit but they are bone dry and ready for refinishing. He found a few areas that can use some attention and he's putting together a quote. We will definitely continue to work with Jeff and Guardian Roofing. They are honest, thorough, and helpful. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing.

Gaurdian roofers did a great job. There were some color match issues during the original installation and they came right back and corrected them. Roof looks solid and good.

Greg showed up as scheduled actually 10 minutes early. He listened to our gutter issues immediately went to work by going on the roof provided a visual his findings. Greg explained their process on installation found it to be very informative. After that we were sold for complete gutter installation his professionalism and very thorough on his explanation we couldn’t pass on the opportunity that Guardian Roofing will do our gutters. Andrew was super professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about roofs. He came out a couple of years ago and Guardian Roofing replace some of my cracked vents. Andrew just did a complete inspection of the roof and said we’re great shape actually except for the south side that gets a little hot. The shingles are getting a little worn but he said we’re good for 2 to 3 years there where other roofing companies have come out and said it needs to be replaced right away. I appreciate the honesty and integrity and professionalism of Andrew.

Looks like Juan did a great job of replacing a patch of roof, even though I didn't have a chance to meet him and talk with him.

I had a minor problem but one that would have delayed renovation work that we had going on. Guardian came out quickly, did a temporary fix, and came back within a week to do the permanent fix. Everyone was professional. No one tried to sell me anything that I didn’t need. I’d hire them again.

We’ve had a wonderful experience from the beginning with guardian roofing, starting with the consultation. It was very thorough and we were walked through what our project would entail. When the time came for gutters to be put in Jose and Gabriel E did a fantastic job. They are hard workers and very good at what they do. We are happy to have chosen guardian roofing and we also have a future chimney service booked through them.

The crew came up for a follow up on a repair they made earlier. We discussed a few options and they were on their way. These crews are easy to work with and anxious to help. Now awaiting contact from Guardian so we can schedule a move forward.
