Phase 2 (gutter cleaning, moss abatement, and final finishing of the chimney) is now complete. I can say that Guardian Roofing, Gutters and Insulation continued to meet or exceed my already high expectations. This company receives my tip top recommendation. Guilmar Alarcon, my last technician, continued the professional and efficient performance each person who worked on my project exhibited. A shout out to Joey Harman, who was my direct contact with Guardian. Excellent communication is one of my hallmarks of a great company. Joey kept me in the loop on who would be coming to work, when, and what they would be doing, as well as returning any emails or calls I made promptly and pleasantly. I can’t recommend Guardian Roofing, and especially Jose Luis Corona Rios and his crew, highly enough. Communication was clear from start to finish, they showed up when they said they would, and they kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Their safety protocols were excellent and very professional, and they were consistently respectful of my property while working. They repaired my chimney crown, completed shingle repairs, and fixed flashing, and the work looks great. What I appreciated most was the photos they shared of the work in progress and the completed repairs, since everything was up very high and nearly impossible to see clearly from ground level. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I also want to highlight Ryan, the roofing specialist I met with initially for my quote. He had a friendly, low-pressure approach, explained everything clearly, and the photos he provided were incredibly helpful in understanding what was needed. Finally, Deimar, the project engineer, was wonderful to work with. She was attentive, kept us up to date on scheduling, and followed up promptly whenever we had questions. Everyone I interacted with at every step was genuinely friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Everyone from Guardian Roofing and Gutters was very helpful after a tree fell on our roof. We needed to replace the garage roof and gutters. Josh worked with our homeowners association and insurance company to help cover the costs. They were efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. It looks great and we have not had any problems. We have used them before and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We had the experience of working with Andrew this morning. Andrew was extremely professional, honest and helpful at making recommendations to solve our issue. We very much appreciated his insight and guidance.

I chose Guardian based on all the positive reviews to have my gutter system replaced. I was told that I would have the best team on the job. I had just had our entire exterior repainted - gutter problem found afterwards which is why the system was replaced afterwards. I told the sales guys that the house was repainted and they said it would be noted and as much care would be taken as possible. After the system was replaced, I found huge holes in the siding from the old system and also chunks of the siding ripped/torn. I was very disappointed with how the house was treated. They came out to “patch” the holes but they still need to be filled in by my painters, unfortunately.

PNW storm season hits hard... So I called up Guardian Roofing and talked to Deimar, who was fantastic to work with! Of course, this was during the worst PNW torrential rain storm of the century, and my roof started leaking! After talking with them, they had someone come out asap to check it, and then tarp it until they could get to it (because everyone else's roof was leaking too) .. Then they came out to start the job they found some other problems, rotting wood under shingles that were not put on properly ... so I ended up having more work done... BUT, it is done so well, and in a two day time frame, (once they started the job) from rip off, to new wood, to shingles, and proper roof venting (PLUS they fixed my overhang that birds were getting into), to clean up and haul away of all debris!!!! I will not be worrying about this roof leaking or anything for many years to come!!!! Thank you to Deimar for facilitating the job and thanks to the worker, Uriel Rico, who went above and beyond on this job! What a great worker he is, and a pleasant person to deal with. This was for a larger almost flat roof dormer on top of my house. They added in proper venting on the top ridge and at the bottom, or low end too. Job well done!

This review is only for my experience getting a quote. After weeks of being ignored by other roofing companies, guardian quickly answered the phone and scheduled a quick and convenient time for someone to come out and give me a quote. Although guardian may not be able to repair my damaged carport roof, Ron and his assistant Blake were knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and went above and beyond to investigate my roof issues on my carport and even had a look at a separate area for me. I was so impressed that I won’t hesitate to go back to guardian with any future roofing needs for my house!

Guilmar did a great job at repairing our balcony railing! The railing was installed previously by Guardian when they replaced our balcony. Guilmar was knowledgeable in how to do the repair and careful in getting it done correctly. The work was under warranty at no additional cost. Thanks!

My wife and I recently had our roof replaced and new insulation installed in our attic by Guardian and it could not have been a better experience. Everyone involved from Deimar, our Project Engineer, to the technicians Carlos, Edgard, Pablo & Bryan, were uniformly excellent and professional. They kept us informed the entire way through the process and checked in regularly to ensure everything was going well. When we ran into a delay due to electrical issues in the attic that we had to have fixed before the insulation could be installed, they were able to come out the day after the repairs were completed so our house was without insulation for the shortest time possible. They also replaced one of our gutters that was damaged during the work without complaint and at no additional cost. The entire experience was fantastic. Thank you Guardian! We have already recommended you to our friends and now I am recommending you to everyone!

Logan and his partner Gabriel did a fantastic job installing our new gutters! Showed up right on time and walked us through the process for the installation. Got right to work tearing down the old gutters and cleaning up as they went along! Measured for the new gutters and made them right out of the back of their truck! Installation turned out wonderful! New gutters made our house look so much better! Would HIGHLY recommend both Logan & Gabriel AND Guardian Roofing, Gutters & Insulation for a wonderful job!

Gabriel Solano came in at 8am and was working meticulously till 6pm. The work was slated to fix a couple of things, but he took time to inspect and inform us to make sure that the roof is taken care. We had moved in two years back and the previous owners had done some workarounds on the roof. Gabriel explained the issues in the band-aid fixes and the optimal way to fix them. The workmanship, professionalism and friendliness was paramount.

Great company, we've used them for our roof cleaning and maintenance for years and we've always been happy with their honesty and hard work - We have Josh helping us and he is great!

Very thorough, knowledgeable. Provided a detailed report of the status of our roof (which jibed with my own observations). Presented Guardian as maybe not the least expensive, but among , if not, the best out there. Quote a bit of a shock, but we have a complex roof and going from shakes to shingles adds up. Offered less expensive options with less warranty, etc. Like his suggested option, hope his pencil sharpener is working. 1/16/26 - Post-roofing and gutter install, we had a issue with a section of original gutter over a window wall that couldn't accept the newer Guardian gutters. A small, but challenging problem that took a few tries, but Chester Gao, our contact person, kept on top of it, and got the problem resolved. Good on him and the two Guardian workers that did the work.

The survey did not allow me to enter the Salesman that helped us, but his name was Deepesh Mishra. He did a great job in explaining the company and giving us our options for new gutters. We had our gutters installed; the color and curb appeal was great! The installation team did a great job, too!

Andrew was easy to talk to and understood what was needed.

Gabriel (roof repair technician) did a thorough job about inspecting repairing our roof. He was professional and knowledgeable.

So I don't know what's going on with Guardian lately. I had a good experience with them inspecting and cleaning my roof last year, so I had them come out to look at replacing my chimney cap. The cap needed to be custom fabricated and they said it would cost a bit over $3k since it needed to be custom made and would take a few weeks. Fine, no complaints from me. I pay the 1/3 deposit. I just wanted a working fireplace. So a few weeks pass and Guardian calls to say that want to come install it on a Thursday. Thursday rolls around and Guardian is a no show on Thursday. I call Friday to inquire about the no show. Guardian says they're sorry and schedule the install for Saturday. Saturday rolls around and again, no show. I call on Saturday afternoon to inquire and they give say they'll be out on Monday. So Monday comes and they call to say that they don't even have the Chimney cap. I know, right? Why were you even trying to schedule a install last week? So I get mad at them and explain my frustration to one of their people (I made it clear I wasn't mad at the associate, but mad at the company and to not take it personally). So they call or I call on Tuesday and Guardian says that they have the chimney cap now. I'm skeptical so I ask for a picture of the chimney cap with a picture of today's newspaper or something to prove that they actually have the chimney cap. They said they would do that, but send nothing. I get so frustrated with them that I stop talking to the random associates are request that I speak to a manager or someone with authority to do something. After talking to the customer service manager, I say that I wish I could undo this whole deal. The manager sheepishly tells me that they can do that. I jump on the opportunity and tell him that that is exactly what I want to do. I'm giving them 2 stars because they did refund me the $1,170 in the form of a check 2 weeks later. Overall horrible experience. Oh yeah, I ended up getting a chimney company to replace the cap with a custom cap made in house for $2k.

Miguel and Gabriel did a wonderful job with our roof. We had five anchors installed so I can do some work up there myself (Christmas lights, etc) and some new waterproofing material put in on one section. They showed up on time, were very polite, personable, and professional. The job ran longer than anticipated due to some unforeseen issues with the existing roofing work, but they saw it through and I appreciated that.

Greg Bischoff came and did a thorough inspection of our home gutters and down spouts. He then sat at our table and calmly and professionally told us of some problems occuring and his remedies. And this became the Highlight of the whole Estimate experience, for two 70 year old, retired folks. Greg Bischoff talked us slowly, carefully, and clearly through our options, and the BEST one he recommended, was a less costly one (which is significant for us) and this option he was confident would fix the gutter and water management problem we were having. We are very, very pleased, to have been given a pleasant and professional estimate. Highly recommend so far, this individual, and the company he represents.

During the bid process we found Ryan Hamilton to be thorough and knowledgeable. After accepting his bid, Ryan was honest, experienced and willing to out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we were satisfied that we would be getting the best roof for our home. During the roofing process, we found Jorge Casaneda, the crew lead, to be nice, friendly, competent, prompt and professional. The crew did a great job with the roof and cleaned up around the house very well afterwards. During the final processes we rate all who worked on our roof to have been very professional. Joey Harman, our main contact for the project was very helpful and responsive. We are pleased with our roof.

They worked past dark each day and still cleaned up before they left. They even came back the morning after they finished to make sure everything was cleaned up properly. The entire crew were polite, professional, and very pleasant. After Francisco and his roofers were finished, Daniel R and crew installed pur new gutters. Justin came to do an estimate for roof moss cleaning and inspection, he was very friendly and professional and thorough. We went over everything about the roof and gave an honest assessment. Also was great with our rescue dog!!

Blake came to my house in a timely manner after my call to guardian. He was courteous, informative, and did a very thorough job of assessing the gutter replacement project. He was able to provide me with a presentation of the materials that would be used and the improvements needed in the gutters.

This is the second time I've used Guardian Roofing. Orlando did a great job at replacing 4 cracked bathroom vents on my roof. The project manager, Malia, kept me informed through the whole process. I would hire Guardian Roofing again!

Ryan, the evaluator we had with Guardian, was very thorough and took the time to photograph and video all issues he found. Then went over the pics and vids of the findings, and some physical examples to demonstrate and explain what needs done and how they'd complete the repairs. I'll have to leave a second review once the work is completed.

Guardian came to the house in the middle of a storm...they found a small leak that was doing damage. Gabriel came out and found the issue...fixed the leak...and made sure to explain exactly what was going on. Gabriel was amazing and the entire company is worth every penny. Eased our mind and took care of us !!! Way to go !!

Fixed our chimney and cleaned the moss off the roof. Applied the moss treatment to the roof, cleaned the gutters and did an amazing job cleaning up when they finished! Would highly recommend Antonio, his work partner (never got his name) and Guardian Roofing if you want quality workmanship for your roof, chimney and gutters! If there were more than five stars I would definitely add more!!

Not Only did the crew install the gutter in a timely fashion but the install looks great. They also cleaned up after the install. I am glad that I chose Guardian for my gutter install. Paid a little more than other companies but based on the work it was worth the money.

Luis Avila from Guardian Roofing, Gutters, and Insulation is a chimney wizard. After the storms we experienced recently, our roof started leaking. Nathan and Johnny from Guardian (charming roof experts) thoroughly inspected the roof and attic and gave me the bad news that our chimney was the source of the leaks and would have to be rebuilt. It was our good fortune that Luis, and his partner Adalberto, were assigned the job. Their work ethic is exemplary, their attention to detail and craftsmanship superb, communication was great, and clean up was done completely. Luis’s expertise has left me with the peace of mind that all leaks are fixed and I have a beautiful chimney too! Phase 2 of the job will be gutter cleaning and moss abatement, and I know my roof will be good to go for years to come. He did s fantastic job, I have to say that Guardian stands by their work and every person I have dealt with has been respectful and enthusiastic about helping the customer. Not cheap, but work the dollars for the quality and customer support. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Hopefully, I picked the correct installation technician ("Gabe - 20ish young man w/blondish hair). He was an excellent tech. Although he was accompanied by another technician during the initial tear down & install of my new "K-Guard" gutter system (I think his name was Tim & possibly the "lead"), Gabe seemed to be mainly responsible for most of the sheet metal work (down spouts, catch traps, end caps,etc.). They were both extremely efficient during the install. Because they had a problem with the machine that extrudes the gutters, they were not able to finish approximately 10 ft of gutter in the correct color. Knowing this in advance, they came prepared. They brought enough linear footage in another color to complete the job and protect my home until we could schedule another time for them to return and complete the job. Gabe returned and finished the install with the correct color on my schedule, as I was recovering from surgery. My home has what I would call an unconventional patio roof installation where the main roof gutter runs under my patio. With extremely heavy rain, some (not most) water may slightly overflow the K-Guard "hood" and collect as droplets on the underside of the gutters. Because I required the underside of my patio to be completely dry for storage, I needed a solution for this problem. I called Joe in Guardian Operations for Oregon about the problem and he promptly scheduled Gabe to come back to help. The solution was to remove the portion of the hood under my patio so the gutter could collect ALL of the water from the main roof w/o any overflow. Problem solved! Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with Guardian! Starting with my interactions with my salesman, Grant Lucarelli (professional, courteous and respectful of my needs), the operations staff (scheduling and problem solving) and last but by no means least the expertise and professionalism of their installation technicians (care for my home and excellent cleanup), specifically Gabe! After finishing the job, Guardian's Quality Assurance person, Emory, came over to make sure I was satisfied with their work and exhibited the same exceptional qualities as the rest of the Guardian professionals. Based upon my experience with Guardian, I can most highly recommend them for your gutter replacement and/or repairs. I will be using them again for my backyard shed's gutter replacement this Spring 2026.

Roofing is 7 years old and there is leaking behind the gutters all the way around. Been happening for years. Drew determined that there should have been a metal flange installed under the edge of the roof that angles down over the inside edge of gutter.

It has been twice now back in 2023 and now today that I first had Richard come out go on the roof, take pictures and give me an honest assessment of what condition my tile roof was in and cost to fix those issues. Santiago and crew came removed and replaced my valley above the front door that was causing leaking inside at my front door ceiling and did an excellent job. No more leaking. So Dec 2025 . Historic rain, Richard came out again. Did an assessment of a leak I sprung in my living room ceiling, went in the attic then up on my roof. Informed me with pictures of what I needed to have done so it would mitigate any further potential leaks. Told me what the estimate would be. So Malia was overseeing the repairs needed, scheduled the repairs and her communication with me was excellent throughout trying to find a window of a dry day to start the repairs. Santiago finally came out to the house and did all the repairs and additional work to mitigate any future leaking elsewhere. He’s the same guy who worked on my valley back in 2023. He was professional, let me know what he was doing, was very quick in getting the work done and it was once again, a great experience overall. Auburn Guardian Roofing are the guys who know everything about my roof having been out here previously and I like that continuity. So I feel confident these 2 times they’ve shown up that the repairs are going to get done effectively. I think the cost both times was very reasonable. I can’t stay enough about this company. We recently had our roof cleaned and treated, it looks great. There was some over spray from the treatment that was on my car,Guardian Roofing took care of it and paid for the paint to be restored. Sometimes things go sideways with contractors because people do the work but Great companies stand behind their work and their employees. Guardian Roofing is one of those companies. We trust them and will always use them for any roofing project that we have.

Didn’t even get to the estimate. I called and made an appointment. They called back Friday evening and said they needed to reschedule which is perfectly fine. But the whole time they kept asking about my wife’s schedule and I told them she will not be able to be at the estimate as her schedule is not flexible and changes. And she also does not like dealing with these types of things. But they were insistent and kept saying they she had to be there which makes no sense as it is just an estimate we wanted. So I told them we no longer want an estimate with them if you’re not going to listen to my needs before we even do business.

Called Guardian with urgent roofing repair after a storm. They called early next morning, and had someone out later that morning for bid and tarp the hole. Dallas was very professional, efficient, took video of the repairs needed with detailed explanation while he was walking on our roof. The deposit for urgent tarping included in bid. The bid was very reasonable. All over good experience. They are able to come repair the roof in a few days.

Guardian was very responsive, setting our appointment for the day after we called (serious leaks in garage roof). Josh came out and did an extensive and professional job of checking for the leak points. He examined all of the attic space even though it seemed the leaks were in a limited area. Found at least one spot I hadn't found. He then went on the roof (in the heavy wind) and took pictures of the areas of the leaks, identifying the problems we needed to address. He presented us with his findings (with video), walking us through the issues. He worked up our contract and we are awaiting scheduling to get the work done. All in all a great experience. We are sure the work will be high quality also. Would definitely recommend Josh and Guardian.

We love that Guardian had our back when it came to new gutters. Our original gutters were old and rusted out – doing real damage to our roof. Greg came out to inspect and did an amazing job. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He pointed out all the problem areas, showed us how a new system would protect our home, and quoted us a price well below what we thought we’d have to pay. We signed up immediately! A few weeks later when Marcos came out for the install, we knew we were in good hands. He’s such a professional – letting us know what he was doing and going above and beyond with his craftsmanship. Installers were awesome, respectful of our house, and worked fast and efficiently.

They came and did a thorough evaluation. They did the work they said they would do. My only complaint is that there were too many contacts. I would prefer one responsible person from start to finish. However, they did get the job done, on schedule: competent and courteous. New roof (down to wood: new underlayers, vents, etc.) and new attic insulation.

We had a roof leak from a skylight or bathroom fan vent. Peter did a comprehensive job of inspection and provided a detailed estimate including pictures and video. Very professional and friendly approach.

Been great so far in the initial inspection and documentation of the issue. They did a temp fix until they can come back out to fix my roof so this review is for initial services.

I’m impressed! Very informative, not rushed, complete in person review and answered all questions we had.

We had a small roof leak and called Guardian to check it out. Quote process was straight forward, and we scheduled an appointment to get the work done. Gabriel of Guardian Roofing installed a new cricket behind the chimney. He kept me updated on his progress and made sure I understood the work being performed. He also pointed out prior roofing errors that had been made, which allowed water ingress. He noticed some missing caulking on the chimney box as well, and we added it to the scope of the project to get it all sealed up. When finished he insured the area was clean and all construction materials were removed from the site. Gabriel communicated well to make sure that I understood the project as it progressed, showing me photos of areas that were being worked on. I would definitely recommend Gabriel and Guardian for roofing projects.

Ron made a a detailed assessment in regards to the condition of our roof with pictures and videos. We have had other companies look at our roof which resulted with unnecessary recommendations along with the final ask to just replace the roof altogether. Ron was able to target what needed to be done and provided straight forward recommendations. Josh, on behalf of Guardian Roofing, inspected my roof & discovered the source of a leak that I was experiencing. Three other companies had been unable to find it. Josh took pictures of the leak location to verify what he found. In addition, there were some issues with the installation of the roof vents which he recommended resolving while they were repairing the leak. I was very impressed with how thorough the inspection was and obviously very happy they found the source of the leak. Josh explained the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. I am very satisfied with the experience I had.

Awesome experience with Guardian Roofing, I unfortunately experienced some bad workmanship from a different company and wasn’t comfortable giving them any more of money to fix their mistakes. So I reached out to guardian with a very tight timeline to get the repairs done and they did a fabulous job. I will be sure to contact them again on my next roofing project.

Explained everything I needed/wanted to know about the conditions of my roof and had no issues with any notices of the entire process and I was offered excellent choices of what to replace my shingles, plywood itself & gutters to reensure the safety and quality of the products ! Gotta hand it to the guy, with all the background knowledge I was given of the company and specialists, I am not surprised at all these guys are number 1 around the area with improvements to be involved with every step, I've learned they are willingly trying to exchange ethics for trust.
