I had Gabriel clean the roofs of our main house, guest house and two out buildings. He did an excellent job on all the roofs. We have walkways and a brick deck around the main house. He did a great job of cleanup. This was our first experience with Guardian Roofing and we are very pleased.

Jose and his team were excellent to work with, this guy has excellent PR skills and is determined and thorough in finding the problem. I've had Guardian Roofing in the past, that's why I called them for this problem and will continue to use them. Ron Bracali is always my initial go to guy to do the analyzing and he is a hound dog, super thorough and determined. This is my goto roofing outfit for any future jobs, I highly recommend them!

Edwin did a roof cleaning for us. This was the first time we had used Guardian and we were very impressed. The communication from beginning to end was top notch and the day of the cleaning Edwin reached out to me before he got here to let me know he was on the way, which is what they said he would do, and when he got here he was very kind and friendly. Explained what he was going to do and did a fantastic job. After the job the email sent was full of pictures from before and after again like they said he would do and it was great to see how things looked in the end. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

Edwin did a great job. He worked hard for about 6 hours. The prep work he did to protect the plant's was very thoughtful and the cleanup was very thorough and he left the area around the house cleaner than it was when he started.

Taylor had been out to my house to do the bid on my roof cleaning and repair. When an unexpected flaw showed up on the corner of my roof, he was able to come out promptly and assist me in assessing what needed to be done and to arrange for a quick follow up. very pleased

The entire process from booking to the visit and inspection was impressive. The use of technology in showing me real time video was very helpful and informative. Dallas has a disarming approach that makes you feel like he cares about the information rather than the sale.

Jackson Swain was our initial contact with Guardian and he was very thorough in reporting what we needed to do. I don’t remember names of many of the people involved-Jose, Joe come to mind.

We scheduled Guardian Roofing to come out and give us a quote for roof and gutter cleaning. Jimmy showed up on time, talked to us about what services we wanted then went up on the roof for an inspection. It was determined that our roof was nearing the end of its life and it would do more harm than good to clean it. He showed us pictures of the condition of the roof and explained what we were seeing in terms of wear on the roof. He didn't try and sell us a service that would be a waste, and we appreciated his honesty in that. Since we were looking at having to replace the roof sometime in the near future, we requested a quote just to get an idea of the cost. Even though it wasn't the original plan, we ended up hiring Guardian to install a new roof and gutters. They've been really great with the scheduling and verifying colors and roof tiles and are really on top of things. The new roof and gutters will be installed later this week, and so far, we couldn't be happier with the service that we've received from Jimmy and Guardian Roofing.

I am a repeat customer with Guardian. First, I would like to say, Ron B. is awesome. He is thorough, professional and personable. I have many dealings with him over the years. I appreciate him. Then I meet Jesus and his team. What a great team. They were very dedicated to getting the job done and they worked together like a true team. They were very polite in conversation with me and with each other. Then along came Antonio, who I first had a phone conversation with, then met in person. I observed him dealing with his crew without him knowing about it. He treated them with kindness, dignity and respect. Such a kind man. It takes many spokes to make the wheel go around. Peter Abraham and the team at Guardian did excellent work on a tricky repair. I had an attic fan that another contractor installed with the flashing surface-mounted on top of the shingles and sealed with mastic instead of properly integrated under the upper course. Peter came out, did a thorough inspection inside and out, and explained clearly what needed to happen.

A few things stood out. He took the time to answer my questions patiently even when I was second-guessing details as a non-roofer. He coordinated the billing directly with the other contractor without me having to chase anyone. And the crew documented every step with photos, which I appreciated since I couldn't watch the work myself.

The finished flashing is genuinely better than how the other vents on my roof were done. Seamless around the entire penetration, top and bottom.

Friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. I'd work with Guardian again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone needing roof work in the Seattle area.

This is the first part of 2 or multiple reviews of this company. My chimney crown is 59-60 years old and in terrible shape ( kind of like me, lol). I started looking at companies to replace it and Guardian was my 2nd company to look and quote the work. The scheduler was prompt in answering my website request and gave me an appointment in just a few days. Text updates were timely and pertinent. I was given updates and when Dallas was assigned a picture and bio. He arrived at 0900 exactly to the second at my house. My ladder was already up but he secured it from sliding before we went on the roof. Inspection and education was quick and accurate. He worked up a quote that was $1,000 less than the other company. I agreed on the spot. Now I’m waiting on the scheduler to give me a work date. More to follow, sport for the long winded comment but they deserve it so far.

Guardian roofing did a fantastic job. It looks like I have a Brand New roof. I saw my neighbor getting her roof inspected and I asked if my roof could get inspected too.

Deepesh came over as soon as he finished, gave my roof a thorough inspection and explained what would be needed to getting it back to looking good. A huge maple had just been removed from the side of the house where branches had been laying on the roof and moss was thick. Some rain gutters were still filled with leaves and debris.

Mandy called me a few days later and explained what to expect when they came out to do the work. She was so patient with me through all of my concerns.

And then Oscar was there right on time and even offered to help my son cover his trailer…There was thunder and lightning and at times pouring rain and Oscar spent hours on the roof without a break. He was thorough and polite and took great care of everything. Clean up was great. I am thrilled….it looks like I have a brand new roof and I don’t have to worry about gutters this fall.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with Guardian Roofing. We first met with Jimmy, who was very knowledgeable and transparent about everything he found during his inspection. He was also extremely thorough, identifying all the necessary work upfront so we didn’t encounter any surprises along the way.
Antonio and his team arrived on time and got right to work. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they moved. Antonio was very communicative and kept us updated throughout the project. They made sure to clean up at the end of each day, and the finished roof looks fantastic. It completely transformed the look of our house.
The project supervisor also did a thorough final walkthrough to ensure everything was done correctly. All in all, it was a smooth and stress-free experience, especially considering how overwhelming a roof replacement can be. I would highly recommend Guardian Roofing to anyone.

I got an estimate from Greg Bischoff for a roof replacement today. I am a no nonsense customer who retired from the trades. I made my needs known and I appreciated his reciprocal no nonsense approach to letting me know what the company has to offer and how it would affect the heating/cooling of my home as well as keeping the weather out. His points made sense and as a fellow blue collar worker, we were able to "Talk Turkey". My next step is to get a few more estimates and see where Guardian measures up. Good experiance so far.

Grebil and Chris did a great job upgrading our chimney! We had an actual concrete crown installed to replace the mortar top, and a weather diversion ramp (cricket) installed behind our extra wide chimney. They were up there and finished same day, with a standard follow up scheduled to remove the concrete forms. Everyone was very friendly and the cleanup was thorough.

Back at the home office, Mandy was our project liaison and she was great as well! Responsive and always available to answer any questions and provide progress pictures along the way.

Also special shout out to Taylor, who provided our original quote! He climbed up there took a bunch of pictures and in the end offered us a competitive price. I got 4 estimates for this job and some other chimney specialists seemed to rely on our ignorance to sell us some upgrades we didn't need. Taylor was upfront about what was and wasn't necessary, verifying the research I had done when something didn't sound right.

All in all this was a great experience, and I just wanted to write this review to say WELL DONE Guardian Roofing!

Awesome service right down the line! I called Guardian right after the 4th of July, got an estimate the next day...and the roof was completed 2 days later. The gutters were replaced 2 days after that. A big thanks to Ron, Malia, Jesus, Antonio, Robert, Raul, Erick and the rest of the team! Great work!

Guardian representative was prompt, professional and did a very good inspection providing video and photo evidence of all areas needing attention. Estimate was higher than expected but they do use superior parts and products than were installed on my roof when the house was built.

Robert was our coordinator and he is an excellent, friendly communicator. Being updated on scheduled work makes a huge difference and is much appreciated.
Our Technician was Miguel and he was prompt, polite, hard working and skilled. To top it all off he did a great job cleaning up when he finished. I will definitely recommend Guardian if the opportunity arises.

I recently reached out to Guardian Roofing for a roof inspection and possibly cleaning and moss removal. I met with Greg Bischoff, Roofing Specialist. Greg was very personalble and professional. He provided a great assessment of our roof with a video review of which he discussed with me. I don't know if other companies do this, but I was pleasantly surprised to see this. It gave us a true visual assessment which was greatly appreciated. We worked out a timeframe that was very accommodating. Within a day or so, I received a detailed review of the job from Robert Peraza the Project Engineer. This email provided information regarding the project such as what to expect along with confirmation of date and time. I really appreciated this information. Finally, the day of the cleaning and removal, Edwin Gutama - Roofing Technician did a wonderful job cleaning and removal of any moss and debris. We recently had Justin with Guardian Roofing come out to our home in Puyallup to provide an estimate to repair or replace our roof. While initially talking with Justin, he quickly gained our trust. Most importantly, he listened! He responded in easily understandable terms; and he explained in more detail when needed! I’ve been watching his work style and focus, and it’s clear that Edwin is intelligent, careful and precise. To the best of my knowledge, he has not stopped, and is earning every penny he’s paid. Edwin is a bit quiet, but friendly and courteous. He is doing the work of two roofers on this project, having replaced some rotten plywood sheets, not to mention moving many heavy cement tiles on a 12 X 12 pitch (eight+ troughs for later cleaning). Our roof was over 26 years old, and we knew it was time for a replacement. Like many homeowners, we were dreading the expense and gathered three bids, all of which were fairly close in price. Guardian wasn't the lowest bid, but they also weren't the highest.
What really set Guardian apart was the time, attention, and professionalism they brought to the process.
Our sales representative, Ryan Hamilton, was outstanding. He took the time to answer every question we had, showed us video footage of our roof and attic, and carefully explained our options. There was absolutely no pressure, no scare tactics, and no sales gimmicks—just honest, professional, and patient guidance. Considering the size of the investment, we truly appreciated that approach.
English, who handled the financing, was also wonderful to work with. She clearly explained our financing options and was always available to answer my follow-up questions.
When it came time for the installation, Christian's crew—Jesse, Marco, and Christian—were exceptional. They were friendly, polite, hardworking, and very respectful of our property. They cleaned up thoroughly every evening and kept the job site organized throughout the project.

Orlando is the best employee at Guardian for roof repair. He is very social and is open to any questions about the work to be performed. Orlando took care of the eves of the house to install the extra intake ventilation needed to equal the ridge vent out take flow. Orlando sealed up the open ridges on the wood siding at request. The repair work around the chimney was performed to contract. This will eliminate roof leak around the chimney after 28 years. Request Orlando Rojas for roof repair!

I needed an inspection for an insurance company renewal. Guardian scheduled an appointment within a few days. Dallas did the inspection and provided video and a clear explanation about the condition of my roof. I was prepared to get a new roof (as the insurance company said might be needed) but he explained why this was not needed. Repairs were scheduled, and Malia did a great job communicating about the project schedule. Juan and his crew took care of the repairs efficiently and left the site looking great. I received photos and a letter for my insurance company explaining all the work. I am very satisfied with the work and communication. I have used Guardian before and will use them again.

I made a quick response plea to do some caulking on a skylight that had a leak as we will be out of town for several months and could not leave the problem unsolved . Ryan at Guardian called it in immediately and a crew showed up the next morning , accomplished the work in a short time . Wonderful service !!

Guardian had been recommended by neighbors, and they didn't disappoint! Dallas came out and looked at the items that had been flagged in a recent home inspection. He showed us the video of his inspection... cracked trusses, two leaks in the roof, some cracked shingles and the moss. It really helped seeing the video and then hearing his proposals for correcting them. Malia was our Project Manager and helped answer questions that I had during the repairs. Fernando & Sandro did all of the repairs and were courteous and did a great job of protecting our outdoor furniture (during the work on the moss removal). They cleaned up afterwards too. I would recommend working with Guardian if you have issues with your roof.

Had a great experience with these guys. Lots of communication from Malia the project lead and the install techs were able to work around a challenging job site situation. Erick and Ron had the whole thing repaired within an hour.

The boot replacement , on a metal roof , around a stainless chimney pipe was a difficult project . Extra care was necessary to stay up on the roof safely , not to mention the exhausting body positions needed to actually do the hard manual labor the project required . Add to that needing to battle a swarm of wasps ( two stings!) and I was amazed at his perseverance . The boot was replaced successfully , but a new covering shroud is needed to be custom built , promised ASAP .

From the office staff (don’t recall all names) sales rep Greg, regional manager Joe, all the way through the INSTALLATION crew Cristian Rory Jessie Miguel Lewis (I think I am missing a name) This has been a good experience. Everyone was extremely patient explaining to me what was happening, responsive to my questions and any additional things I requested and getting everything completed and done on time. Even though their pricing was more than others, my peace of mind and their work ethics made them invaluable. Can’t say enough about Guardian and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Roof or Gutter installation or repair.

Needed new gutters and used online ratings as my guide to reach out to Guardian. Glad I did. They were prompt and professional and did a tremendous job. My installer, Sam, and his helper, Gabe, were incredible. They were hard working and clearly enjoy working for Guardian, which says a lot about their company's culture and how they treat their installers and techs.
