Edwin Gutama is working on my roof today. He has been at it since 9:00am and it is now nearly 6:00pm. I’ve been watching his work style and focus, and it’s clear that Edwin is intelligent, careful and precise. To the best of my knowledge, he has not stopped, and is earning every penny he’s paid. Edwin is a bit quiet, but friendly and courteous. He is doing the work of two roofers on this project, having replaced some rotten plywood sheets, not to mention moving many heavy cement tiles on a 12 X 12 pitch (eight+ troughs for later cleaning). Edwin has honored the reputation of Guardian Roofing with a high quality job performance. Thank you for sending him.

Our roof was over 26 years old, and we knew it was time for a replacement. Like many homeowners, we were dreading the expense and gathered three bids, all of which were fairly close in price. Guardian wasn't the lowest bid, but they also weren't the highest.
What really set Guardian apart was the time, attention, and professionalism they brought to the process.
Our sales representative, Ryan Hamilton, was outstanding. He took the time to answer every question we had, showed us video footage of our roof and attic, and carefully explained our options. There was absolutely no pressure, no scare tactics, and no sales gimmicks—just honest, professional, and patient guidance. Considering the size of the investment, we truly appreciated that approach.
English, who handled the financing, was also wonderful to work with. She clearly explained our financing options and was always available to answer my follow-up questions.
When it came time for the installation, Christian's crew—Jesse, Marco, and Christian—were exceptional. They were friendly, polite, hardworking, and very respectful of our property. They cleaned up thoroughly every evening and kept the job site organized throughout the project.
The entire project took about a week, and we could not be happier with the finished roof. In fact, three of our neighbors have already decided to get quotes after seeing the quality of the completed work.

Very knowledgeable, Jackson spent lots of time evaluating our project and offering different options noting the pros and cons of each. Diagrams and photos were really helpful in helping us understand the process and options.

Jackson was on-time, professional, and thorough! I added repairs to the flashing around the base of the chimney and replace the chimney cap. He took great photos and video to show what work was needed.

Andrew came to our home to give us an estimate on a roof repair/replacement. He thoroughly looked at the existing roof and provided information on various solutions at the different price points. He was not trying to upsell, but provide the homeowner with the various options available.

Curran was so helpful! He gave us an honest and thorough assessment, even though we didn't actually need any service right now.

We had our roof, skylights and gutter system replaced. The staff at Guardian Roofing are professional, efficient and pleasant to work with. They do a good and thorough job, explain and document what they are doing and do a thorough job site clean up.

Technicians arrived on time and to my surprise were not noisy even though they were doing repairs on my roof. I had good communication from Roberto on the status of the work.

Orlando is the best employee at Guardian for roof repair. He is very social and is open to any questions about the work to be performed. Orlando took care of the eves of the house to install the extra intake ventilation needed to equal the ridge vent out take flow. Orlando sealed up the open ridges on the wood siding at request. The repair work around the chimney was performed to contract. This will eliminate roof leak around the chimney after 28 years. Request Orlando Rojas for roof repair!

I needed an inspection for an insurance company renewal. Guardian scheduled an appointment within a few days. Dallas did the inspection and provided video and a clear explanation about the condition of my roof. I was prepared to get a new roof (as the insurance company said might be needed) but he explained why this was not needed. Repairs were scheduled, and Malia did a great job communicating about the project schedule. Juan and his crew took care of the repairs efficiently and left the site looking great. I received photos and a letter for my insurance company explaining all the work. I am very satisfied with the work and communication. I have used Guardian before and will use them again.

I made a quick response plea to do some caulking on a skylight that had a leak as we will be out of town for several months and could not leave the problem unsolved . Ryan at Guardian called it in immediately and a crew showed up the next morning , accomplished the work in a short time . Wonderful service !!

Guardian had been recommended by neighbors, and they didn't disappoint! Dallas came out and looked at the items that had been flagged in a recent home inspection. He showed us the video of his inspection... cracked trusses, two leaks in the roof, some cracked shingles and the moss. It really helped seeing the video and then hearing his proposals for correcting them. Malia was our Project Manager and helped answer questions that I had during the repairs. Fernando & Sandro did all of the repairs and were courteous and did a great job of protecting our outdoor furniture (during the work on the moss removal). They cleaned up afterwards too. I would recommend working with Guardian if you have issues with your roof.

The whole experience was great. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. The salesman knew exactly what was needed to fix the roof where is had been leaking around the chimney. The Technician, Luis Avila did a great job. Deimar, the person at the office I enteracted with did a great job keeping me informed of when Luis was coming. Luis worked two full days and got the repair done as well as cleaning the roof and gutters and treating the roof. I highly recommend the Guardian Roofing team.

The boot replacement , on a metal roof , around a stainless chimney pipe was a difficult project . Extra care was necessary to stay up on the roof safely , not to mention the exhausting body positions needed to actually do the hard manual labor the project required . Add to that needing to battle a swarm of wasps ( two stings!) and I was amazed at his perseverance . The boot was replaced successfully , but a new covering shroud is needed to be custom built , promised ASAP .

Needed new gutters and used online ratings as my guide to reach out to Guardian. Glad I did. They were prompt and professional and did a tremendous job. My installer, Sam, and his helper, Gabe, were incredible. They were hard working and clearly enjoy working for Guardian, which says a lot about their company's culture and how they treat their installers and techs. These are the people I want working on my home. Top notch, respectful of my property while there, and mindful of cleanup. So happy that Guardian did my gutters!

I watched them many times while working on a complex two week project, their attention to detail and concern for doing quality craftsmanship was always present especially with the challenging wood work. Jimmy Brown and his team did a fantastic job on our project. We had a massive leak and actually had a contract with another company, but due to severe lack of communication and multiple issues with follow-through on our agreement, that fell through. We reached out to Guardian Roofing and Jimmy was at our house the following day. He performed the most thorough inspection (we had 5 or 6 companies out) and afterward sat down with us to talk through all our options, answered all the questions we had, and really put our minds at ease after a terrible experience with the previous contractor. When it came to the actual project and completion, they did very quick work. It only took them 2 days to complete a full tear-off including the existing plywood and then mold treatment to our attic eaves, installation of new plywood, underlayment, new vent system, shingles, and reinstallation of gutters. The only thing that was a little less than ideal was the total price, but given our experience, the extra cost is totally worth it knowing you’re getting a well established company that does great work and provides top notch customer service. I would also add that Jimmy did work with us on the price due to our situation and the fact that some work had already been started by the other company, and he presented us multiple options at differing price ranges. In addition, the work and product has great warranties that can be transferred if you’re thinking of selling within the lifespan of the roof. If we had to do it all over again, Guardian would be the first (and most likely only) company we’d call.

I called Guardian because I have a leak at the base of my chimney. I thought it was coming from a problem with my roof or a failure in the mortar. Ryan came out, got up on my roof and inspected everything. It turns out the problem isn't coming from the top but the actual foundation. While I didn't need Guardians services for this problem, you can bet because of Ryan's thorough inspection and honest acessment, when I need to reroof, it will be with Guardian. Building trust is building business, Ryan is a great representative of your company.

Guardian roofing is super efficient. We booked the appointment online. Had a call in the morning and technician arrived our house at noon already. Ron has been very professional and inspected the roof with the tools. He gave us a video with clear information and was able to confirm the roof leak is a false alarm. We had a few contractors visit but Ron is the only one gave us accurate and professional information. He has also gave some some information on how to identify leaks, mold and mildew. Dallas is, by far, the most competent, thorough, patient, friendly, and professional Inspector and estimator we have ever seen for a roof or anything else. He knows his business and can easily explain the process at each step of the way. The price is high but the amount of work to be done and materials required will ensure a tight roof, which should last us at least another 10 years. So, it will be a good investment.

Jose arrived when promised which is greatly appreciated. When Gabriel and Samuel arrived shortly thereafter they were all about doing a great job and getting it done properly. Uriel did a great job. Asked me before if I had any questions and took the amount of time he said he would. The boots were done nicely an look a lot better than what we had. He also touched base with me when he was done to show me installation pictures and explain that Guardian would contact me to schedule the roof washing.

Very friendly and professional employees came out to do the job. They cleaned up afterward and left everything as they found it. They were courteous and explained every service they performed very clearly. They went above and beyond by checking in the attic and found some additional issues I hadn’t foreseen which required immediate repair and provided before and after photos of the work. That is a major confidence booster. I greatly appreciate the work they did and the professionalism they displayed throughout the time they spent at my home. Extremely pleased with Greg Bischoff professionalism, very curious and helpful even beyond services we initially requested big for! Very pleased.

We called Guardian for an estimate for a roof repair. They had a quick response and Greg Bischoff gave us a bid today and he is awesome! We have a rodent problem and he took a video plus pictures to show us the damage. Greg took the time to explain the repair in detail as well as give us the background of the company. Greg was very professional and easy to work with. His friendly demeanor put us at ease. We would highly recommend him. We have not had the repair completed at this time as we are waiting for the critters to be removed.

Jackson was terrific!!!! This is the third major project on our older frame home that Guardian has done for us. The first one was our steel roof renovation and then, the replacement of our exterior chimney, We are extremely pleased, as always, with the entire Guardian team. We cannot compliment our Guardian workers enough on this latest project. Ricardo and Aldo were entirely professional. They were polite and efficient and stayed focused on the job at hand despite Lee's best efforts to distract them. Joel, the delivery driver for the equipment also deserves recognition for his professional, yet friendly, approach to his customer interactions. Hopefully, I picked the correct installation technician ("Gabe - 20ish young man w/blondish hair). He was an excellent tech. Although he was accompanied by another technician during the initial tear down & install of my new "K-Guard" gutter system (I think his name was Tim & possibly the "lead"), Gabe seemed to be mainly responsible for most of the sheet metal work (down spouts, catch traps, end caps,etc.). They were both extremely efficient during the install. Because they had a problem with the machine that extrudes the gutters, they were not able to finish approximately 10 ft of gutter in the correct color. Knowing this in advance, they came prepared. They brought enough linear footage in another color to complete the job and protect my home until we could schedule another time for them to return and complete the job. Gabe returned and finished the install with the correct color on my schedule, as I was recovering from surgery. My home has what I would call an unconventional patio roof installation where the main roof gutter runs under my patio. With extremely heavy rain, some (not most) water may slightly overflow the K-Guard "hood" and collect as droplets on the underside of the gutters. Because I required the underside of my patio to be completely dry for storage, I needed a solution for this problem. I called Joe in Guardian Operations for Oregon about the problem and he promptly scheduled Gabe to come back to help. The solution was to remove the portion of the hood under my patio so the gutter could collect ALL of the water from the main roof w/o any overflow. Problem solved! Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with Guardian! Starting with my interactions with my salesman, Grant Lucarelli (professional, courteous and respectful of my needs), the operations staff (scheduling and problem solving) and last but by no means least the expertise and professionalism of their installation technicians (care for my home and excellent cleanup), specifically Gabe! After finishing the job, Guardian's Quality Assurance person, Emory, came over to make sure I was satisfied with their work and exhibited the same exceptional qualities as the rest of the Guardian professionals. Based upon my experience with Guardian, I can most highly recommend them for your gutter replacement and/or repairs. I will be using them again for my backyard shed's gutter replacement this Spring 2026. Ok... it's Spring 2026. Time for shed gutters. The Guardian Team did it again! Great service from Sales (Curran), Project Mgmt (Robert), and Installation (Jose & Gabe), from beginning to end. Another excellent customer experience delivered by a professional company!

Lots of good things to say about Guardian roofing starting with Depesh and Max who did our initial inspection and quote, Chester who was our communications guy and kept us informed as to when to expect the team, and Mitchell and Santiago who performed the repairs on our home ventilation, garage roof repair and installed new scuppers and downspouts for better drainage. First: We liked all the photos- both before and after- we don’t spend a lot of time on the roof or in the attic spaces and, as they say, A picture is worth a thousand words! Second: The entire experience was really stress-free because these guys are professional -in every way: Knowledgeable, polite, on -time, good communication all around- really impressive! Guardian was referred to us by a friend who had recently used them to replace his roof and do some remediation in his attic- Guardian did it all! We had interviewed four different companies and received multiple bids for the work we had done- I gotta tell you: it was sure nice, in the end, to deal with one company! AND the pricing for our (multi-faceted) project was competitive as well! Tomorrow they are back to install scaffolding in order to replace the cap on our chimney, which has literally disintegrated due to its age. Addendum: After all was said and done, a couple problems cropped up. A call to Chester was all it took: Guilmar, the crew supervisor, showed up, assessed the situation, and made necessary repairs. It’s that service after the fact that really cemented our relationship with this company. Give Guardian a call; we couldn’t be happier!

I had concerns about a roof leak due to chunks of ceiling texture coming off and some leaky spots on my covered back deck. Ryan H came out and inspected the inside and outside of my roof, and I was super impressed by how helpful he was. He recorded video tours of what he saw on the roof, then walked me through it all. My roof turned out to be in great condition, with no leaks, and I wasn't charged for the inspection, which was amazing. He also gave me some super helpful and easy suggestions for fixing the leaky spots on my deck roof. Ryan was professional and a great communicator, and I really appreciated the tips!

Jeff was great. He listened to all of my concerns before getting up on the roof and into the attic for an inspection. He found that nearly all of the areas that looked to be leaking we're dry and the leaks had been previously repaired. The best part is that Guardian had done the prior repairs and he had all the records to show me. The prior owner simply hadn't refinished the soffit but they are bone dry and ready for refinishing. He found a few areas that can use some attention and he's putting together a quote. We will definitely continue to work with Jeff and Guardian Roofing. They are honest, thorough, and helpful. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing.

Andrew was super professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about roofs. He came out a couple of years ago and Guardian Roofing replace some of my cracked vents. Andrew just did a complete inspection of the roof and said we’re great shape actually except for the south side that gets a little hot. The shingles are getting a little worn but he said we’re good for 2 to 3 years there where other roofing companies have come out and said it needs to be replaced right away. I appreciate the honesty and integrity and professionalism of Andrew.
