Taylor inspected my roof with incredible attention to detail and quickly identified the source of a small leak that had been troubling me for about a month. I really appreciated Joshua honesty and integrity He explained why our roof was leaking with video's and pictures. He also showed why the shingles were failing and how the crown on the chimney was cracked. He offered different price point options without pressure.

I had signs of a water leak coming out of my siding, and they promptly came out to trace the problem (at no charge) and it wasn't from the roof and gutters they replaced 1 year ago. Been great so far in the initial inspection and documentation of the issue. They did a temp fix until they can come back out to fix my roof so this review is for initial services. **Update** Still 5 stars. It's only been 3 months but the roof looks great and they came while I was on vacation with no hassle. Took detailed, high quality, photos of the repairs and sent those to me right away. Side note: we found another leak coming from a different spot in our ceiling, but this came from a HVAC vent pipe that became detached from its outside roof ventilation. Unsure if that was during the roof repair but since I can't be sure, I put no blame on them and when I notified them about the issue, they came out and fixed it for me at no cost and within 24 hours.

Wonderful service. We have cement tile roofing and a corner hip tile came off in the wind. We called Guardian and they came out the next morning, even though it was snowing, and checked it out. They covered the opening with a small piece of tarp and will call back in the morning to set an appt. to fix and look at the entire roof before fixing. Mason Becker was the guy who inspected. He even checked out attic. We were so impressed with him. Super friendly, explained everything clearly, gave recommendations and what to expect next. 5 stars for Mason. Outstanding person and professional.

Fast and responsive

Jeffrey showed up on time and accommodated an early evening appointment so that my husband could be there after work. He was very thorough in his assessment of what we needed for our roofing, gutter and - as he found out in his inspection - our chimney project! We had 3 other roofing contractors come out before Jeffrey and he was the only one who actually got up into the attic and up in the roof to really look and see what we needed. He took time with us to explain products and process, making sure we understood the scope of the project. Jeffrey is a wonderful representative for Guardian Roofing!

Malia was the project manager on the work we had Guardian do for us, and she provided excellent service. Her communication was timely. She made things were done as promised, and I could tell that she cared. We were please with the work tht was done and will contact Guardian for future roofing needs.

Ryan came to our home and listened to our concerns and what we wanted changed and offered to look at the flashing on the chimney because I had a concern about how it looked. Comes to find out the chimney needs some fixing. And new mortar.

Deepesh from Guardian Roofing came over immediately the same day that I requested an estimate on my roof leak and did a thorough inspection. After, he went a through a detailed video with me to show me the problem areas and he give me my options. He also offered to tarp the area until the job would be done in the next week or so. No pressure or hassle on starting the job. Deepesh did follow up a day later as agreed upon. While I didn’t end up going with Guardian roofing this time around the pricing was comparable to the other estimates that I received. I will be sure to keep them in mind for any future roofing needs.

Joy is professional and thorough, personable, friendly and caring. He worked with me 2 years ago when we needed a new roof. Now I guess after seeing roof photos, I would call our, localized debris build up, persistent moisture and beginning moss build up a design flaw (inherent in roof structure or Guardian nor planning for this eventuality—I don’t know). The planned solution of a drainpipe extension makes sense to me.

Guardian has resolved several issues for me including moss remediation and repairing a poorly installed roof. Deepesh Mishra is extremely prompt, polite, and thorough. With my latest problem he found that it actually wasn’t a roofing issue and instead was a poorly installed pipe. He even offered to cement the pipe together while he was in my attic. Overall very satisfied with this company

Lots of good things to say about Guardian roofing starting with Depesh and Max who did our initial inspection and quote, Chester who was our communications guy and kept us informed as to when to expect the team, and Mitchell and Santiago who performed the repairs on our home ventilation, garage roof repair and installed new scuppers and downspouts for better drainage. First: We liked all the photos- both before and after- we don’t spend a lot of time on the roof or in the attic spaces and, as they say, A picture is worth a thousand words! Second: The entire experience was really stress-free because these guys are professional -in every way: Knowledgeable, polite, on -time, good communication all around- really impressive! Guardian was referred to us by a friend who had recently used them to replace his roof and do some remediation in his attic- Guardian did it all! We had interviewed four different companies and received multiple bids for the work we had done- I gotta tell you: it was sure nice, in the end, to deal with one company! AND the pricing for our (multi-faceted) project was competitive as well! Tomorrow they are back to install scaffolding in order to replace the cap on our chimney, which has literally disintegrated due to its age. Give Guardian a call; we couldn’t be happier!

I had roof repair and Guardian helped fix this. The first person comes and reviews and gives estimate. They are typically nice and thorough but don't fix the issue. They wrapped some portions of roof to avoid any future issue from rain until the crew comes and fixes it.

Initially crew 1 came and they fixed it but due to some nails getting too deep and breaking shingles - the work had to be redone a bit. Great thing was that Guardian stood by their warranty and sent the followup crew.

Thankful to Chester and Guilmar who understood and prioritized the issue and helped fix the issue and restore the roof.

Wrote a 10 star review for Gabriel & Luis, but it seems to have disappeared! Gabriel went above and beyond with his handling of our project to replace the roof on our deck! Gabriel and Luis got here Monday @ 8 o'clock sharp, rang the bell to let us know they were here and got right to work tearing the old roof off and framing with the new plywood and protection from the rain. The second part of this project required a dry day. Gabriel was over at least two times during the week ready to go, but the rain was not cooperating! Finally, Friday we got a full day without rain! Gabriel and Luis were here @ 8 am and got right to work! It was just starting to get dark when they finished! Cleaned everything and left our back deck looking better than ever! Gabriel is the hardest worker and they are both great assets to your company!!! If my other review shows up that means 10 STARS 🌟!

We just had Guardian Roofing gutter guards installed. It’s too soon to rate performance of the gutter guards. But if they work half as good as the installers then we’ll be just fine. The Guardian team were very polite, professional and skilled craftsmen. They completed our entire job in about two hours. Wow! The product looks great. The slimline profile creates an almost invisible appearance from the ground level. As a customer I am elated!

They worked together well to find a logical solution(s) to the problem, and kept me informed of their discoveries and progress. There was no mess left behind, their work areas were clean. They found a couple of extra issues and easily resolved them. All in all the Guardian Team did a great job, no worries about them on site.

Gabriel Salano & Luis Armando did a 10 STAR review on our deck roof project!!! Gabriel was absolutely amazing! They showed up ON TIME, rang the doorbell and let us know they were here. Went right to work on replacing the roof on our deck. The first day they tore down all the plywood and framed the roof with new plywood and protection from the rain! This project required a day with no rain for the final part of the installation, so we were both checking the weather daily! Gabriel came over two more times during the week, but the rain delayed the project both times. Finally, Friday looked to be a dry day, Gabriel & Luis were here at eight in the morning, checked in with us and got right to work! It took the full day to complete, but it was worth the wait! Did an absolutely amazing job! Both Gabriel & Luis are amazing assets to your company!!! Kudos to Gabriel & Luis for having such a great work ethic!!!

We love that Guardian had our back when it came to new gutters. Our original gutters were old and rusted out – doing real damage to our roof. Greg came out to inspect and did an amazing job. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He pointed out all the problem areas, showed us how a new system would protect our home, and quoted us a price well below what we thought we’d have to pay. We signed up immediately! A few weeks later when Marcos came out for the install, we knew we were in good hands. He’s such a professional – letting us know what he was doing and going above and beyond with his craftsmanship. We recently had our roof cleaned, treated, and some repairs done by Guardian Roofing. The entire process from booking an estimate to scheduling the technicians to do the work was extremely efficient! Malia, our Project Engineer, was very communicative, responsive and ensured we had all our concerns addressed before the work began. Sandro and Ferdandro, the roof technicians, did an excellent and thorough job from start to finish! We also appreciated how thoroughly they cleaned up all the debris from our house and ground at the completion of their work. I have used Guardian for a new chimney (in 2023)and for new gutters (in 2026) and have always had such a great experience, from setting up the initial estimate appointments to the final install. Each person I have worked this has taken the time to explain each step of the process to me in easy to understand ways.I have never been pressured into using them after an inspection/estimate and they have worked with me in different options that I could afford. Once the work was done on both projects they left my roof/yard cleaner than when they arrived. They truly value their customers and my family members who have used Guardian for their roof/gutter needs have all had the same wonderful experience I have had.

He returned and gave me an honest review of the current roof condition. it was back in 2024 Guardian come to powerwash. he even fixed on of the gutter that was loose without any charge. The additional pictures are of the soft wash done by Edwin Gutama. The care he took with our home not only on the roof, but our surroundings was just so respectful. Not only to us but to our neighbors. We're in the process of selling our home, the cleanup he performed after the wash was perfectly executed. It was getting dark out. Its winter. He was outside with his flashlight inspecting our windows to make sure everything was cleaned off from the wash. Edwins attention to detail, communication, punctuation, respectful demeanor and soft approach when sharing information about the process was very much appreciated for me personally. Heard a leak in my attic so I called Guardian. They sent Deep out on the same day. He inspected the roof, showed me what needed to be done, what should be done, and what could be done. It was exactly what I asked for. The price to repair was less than I was expecting so I set it up on the spot. He’s putting tarp down for me now while I wait for the appointment. Phase 2 (gutter cleaning, moss abatement, and final finishing of the chimney) is now complete. Communication was clear from start to finish, they showed up when they said they would, and they kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. Their safety protocols were excellent and very professional, and they were consistently respectful of my property while working. They repaired my chimney crown, completed shingle repairs, and fixed flashing, and the work looks great. What I appreciated most was the photos they shared of the work in progress and the completed repairs, since everything was up very high and nearly impossible to see clearly from ground level. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I also want to highlight Ryan, the roofing specialist I met with initially for my quote. He had a friendly, low-pressure approach, explained everything clearly, and the photos he provided were incredibly helpful in understanding what was needed. Finally, Deimar, the project engineer, was wonderful to work with. She was attentive, kept us up to date on scheduling, and followed up promptly whenever we had questions. Everyone I interacted with at every step was genuinely friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Everyone from Guardian Roofing and Gutters was very helpful after a tree fell on our roof. We needed to replace the garage roof and gutters. Josh worked with our homeowners association and insurance company to help cover the costs. They were efficient and completed the work in a timely manner. PNW storm season hits hard... So I called up Guardian Roofing and talked to Deimar, who was fantastic to work with! Of course, this was during the worst PNW torrential rain storm of the century, and my roof started leaking! After talking with them, they had someone come out asap to check it, and then tarp it until they could get to it (because everyone else's roof was leaking too) .. Then they came out to start the job they found some other problems, rotting wood under shingles that were not put on properly ... so I ended up having more work done... BUT, it is done so well, and in a two day time frame, (once they started the job) from rip off, to new wood, to shingles, and proper roof venting (PLUS they fixed my overhang that birds were getting into), to clean up and haul away of all debris!!!! I will not be worrying about this roof leaking or anything for many years to come!!!! Thank you to Deimar for facilitating the job and thanks to the worker, Uriel Rico, who went above and beyond on this job! What a great worker he is, and a pleasant person to deal with. This was for a larger almost flat roof dormer on top of my house. They added in proper venting on the top ridge and at the bottom, or low end too. Job well done!

This review is only for my experience getting a quote. After weeks of being ignored by other roofing companies, guardian quickly answered the phone and scheduled a quick and convenient time for someone to come out and give me a quote. Although guardian may not be able to repair my damaged carport roof, Ron and his assistant Blake were knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and went above and beyond to investigate my roof issues on my carport and even had a look at a separate area for me. I was so impressed that I won’t hesitate to go back to guardian with any future roofing needs for my house!

Guilmar did a great job at repairing our balcony railing! The railing was installed previously by Guardian when they replaced our balcony. Guilmar was knowledgeable in how to do the repair and careful in getting it done correctly. The work was under warranty at no additional cost. Thanks!

My wife and I recently had our roof replaced and new insulation installed in our attic by Guardian and it could not have been a better experience. Everyone involved from Deimar, our Project Engineer, to the technicians Carlos, Edgard, Pablo & Bryan, were uniformly excellent and professional. They kept us informed the entire way through the process and checked in regularly to ensure everything was going well. When we ran into a delay due to electrical issues in the attic that we had to have fixed before the insulation could be installed, they were able to come out the day after the repairs were completed so our house was without insulation for the shortest time possible. They also replaced one of our gutters that was damaged during the work without complaint and at no additional cost. The entire experience was fantastic. Thank you Guardian! We have already recommended you to our friends and now I am recommending you to everyone!

Logan and his partner Gabriel did a fantastic job installing our new gutters! Showed up right on time and walked us through the process for the installation. Got right to work tearing down the old gutters and cleaning up as they went along! Measured for the new gutters and made them right out of the back of their truck! Installation turned out wonderful! Gabriel Solano came in at 8am and was working meticulously till 6pm. The work was slated to fix a couple of things, but he took time to inspect and inform us to make sure that the roof is taken care. We had moved in two years back and the previous owners had done some workarounds on the roof. Gabriel explained the issues in the band-aid fixes and the optimal way to fix them. The workmanship, professionalism and friendliness was paramount.

Very thorough, knowledgeable. Provided a detailed report of the status of our roof (which jibed with my own observations). Presented Guardian as maybe not the least expensive, but among , if not, the best out there. Quote a bit of a shock, but we have a complex roof and going from shakes to shingles adds up. Offered less expensive options with less warranty, etc. Like his suggested option, hope his pencil sharpener is working. 1/16/26 - Post-roofing and gutter install, we had a issue with a section of original gutter over a window wall that couldn't accept the newer Guardian gutters. A small, but challenging problem that took a few tries, but Chester Gao, our contact person, kept on top of it, and got the problem resolved. Good on him and the two Guardian workers that did the work.

The survey did not allow me to enter the Salesman that helped us, but his name was Deepesh Mishra. He did a great job in explaining the company and giving us our options for new gutters. We had our gutters installed; the color and curb appeal was great! The installation team did a great job, too!

We had five anchors installed so I can do some work up there myself (Christmas lights, etc) and some new waterproofing material put in on one section.
