Greg showed up as scheduled actually 10 minutes early. He listened to our gutter issues immediately went to work by going on the roof provided a visual his findings. While taking down a large tree next to our home, a branch clipped our roof requiring a patch. Guardian Roofing sent Miguel out to take care of the job. Miguel got right to work. Lots of good things to say about Guardian roofing starting with Depesh and Max who did our initial inspection and quote, Chester who was our communications guy and kept us informed as to when to expect the team, and Mitchell and Santiago who performed the repairs on our home ventilation, garage roof repair and installed new scuppers and downspouts for better drainage. First: We liked all the photos- both before and after- we don’t spend a lot of time on the roof or in the attic spaces and, as they say, A picture is worth a thousand words! Second: The entire experience was really stress-free because these guys are professional -in every way: Knowledgeable, polite, on -time, good communication all around- really impressive! Guardian was referred to us by a friend who had recently used them to replace his roof and do some remediation in his attic- Guardian did it all! We had interviewed four different companies and received multiple bids for the work we had done- I gotta tell you: it was sure nice, in the end, to deal with one company! AND the pricing for our (multi-faceted) project was competitive as well! Tomorrow they are back to install scaffolding in order to replace the cap on our chimney, which has literally disintegrated due to its age. Addendum: After all was said and done, a couple problems cropped up. A call to Chester was all it took: Guilmar, the crew supervisor, showed up, assessed the situation, and made necessary repairs. It’s that service after the fact that really cemented our relationship with this company. Give Guardian a call; we couldn’t be happier!
