Heard a leak in my attic so I called Guardian. They sent Deep out on the same day. He inspected the roof, showed me what needed to be done, what should be done, and what could be done. It was exactly what I asked for. The price to repair was less than I was expecting so I set it up on the spot. He’s putting tarp down for me now while I wait for the appointment. We love that Guardian had our back when it came to new gutters. Our original gutters were old and rusted out – doing real damage to our roof. Greg came out to inspect and did an amazing job. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He pointed out all the problem areas, showed us how a new system would protect our home, and quoted us a price well below what we thought we’d have to pay. We signed up immediately! A few weeks later when Marcos came out for the install, we knew we were in good hands. He’s such a professional – letting us know what he was doing and going above and beyond with his craftsmanship. Also, Deimar was super helpful with our questions and follow-up paperwork. We can’t recommend Guardian enough. They are true pros and it’s great that they’re a local business. With all their warranties and guarantees, we’ll never have to worry about gutters again! ******NEW SERVICE UPDATE****** We had another great experience with Guardian, so I'm updating my review. There was a spot on our roof where the siding was rotting because it wasn’t installed properly when the house was built. We wanted to get ahead of any more damage, so we had Greg come out to give us a quote and advise us on what to do. He’s such a pro and got our paperwork in that day. Gabriel and Luis were the guys who did the repair and I really appreciated their craftsmanship. They were fast, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was water tight and good for decades to come. Deimar was awesome helping coordinate everything and with the follow up once the job was done.

Logan and his partner did a great job resetting and solving a fir needle problem in my gutter. They worked together well to find a logical solution(s) to the problem, and kept me informed of their discoveries and progress. There was no mess left behind, their work areas were clean. They found a couple of extra issues and easily resolved them. All in all the Guardian Team did a great job, no worries about them on site. Thank you!!
