He listened to our explanation of the problems we were having with roof leaks and followed that with an in-depth evaluation of the current condition of our roof. He explained it all to us, using videos and pictures of our roof, laying out the issues and remedies in detail, and giving us various cost options to fix the roof. I needed an inspection for an insurance company renewal. Guardian scheduled an appointment within a few days. Dallas did the inspection and provided video and a clear explanation about the condition of my roof. I was prepared to get a new roof (as the insurance company said might be needed) but he explained why this was not needed. Repairs were scheduled, and Malia did a great job communicating about the project schedule. Juan and his crew took care of the repairs efficiently and left the site looking great. I received photos and a letter for my insurance company explaining all the work. I am very satisfied with the work and communication. I have used Guardian before and will use them again.

I made a quick response plea to do some caulking on a skylight that had a leak as we will be out of town for several months and could not leave the problem unsolved . Ryan at Guardian called it in immediately and a crew showed up the next morning , accomplished the work in a short time . Wonderful service !!

Guardian had been recommended by neighbors, and they didn't disappoint! Dallas came out and looked at the items that had been flagged in a recent home inspection. He showed us the video of his inspection... cracked trusses, two leaks in the roof, some cracked shingles and the moss. It really helped seeing the video and then hearing his proposals for correcting them. Malia was our Project Manager and helped answer questions that I had during the repairs. Fernando & Sandro did all of the repairs and were courteous and did a great job of protecting our outdoor furniture (during the work on the moss removal). They cleaned up afterwards too. I would recommend working with Guardian if you have issues with your roof.

Ron was very thorough and honest with our roof and attic inspection. He explained everything in detail and told us openly what we needed and didn’t. Very happy with his customer service!

Got out and provided me everything I need to file my claim for my shake shingle roof. They were back out to do the work days later. did a stellar job. Ricardo did a a stellar job getting this roof done. And thanks to Ryan on getting it inspected and the project going.

The whole experience was great. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional. The salesman knew exactly what was needed to fix the roof where is had been leaking around the chimney. The Technician, Luis Avila did a great job. Deimar, the person at the office I enteracted with did a great job keeping me informed of when Luis was coming. Luis worked two full days and got the repair done as well as cleaning the roof and gutters and treating the roof. I highly recommend the Guardian Roofing team.
