About Us

Edgar did a great job explaining the areas that need a fix in our roof before the storm hit. His response was quick with a quote and was quite understandable with comparable quotes. Looking forward to making a decision by end of the week.

Contacted Proj Mgr Nathan, for 2nd time in 3yrs to "fix" a small roof issue. Quik, professional response..Field team FIXED AREA in a few hrs + cleaned out Shake Roof...Boom!
Again, Guardian performed AS ADVERTISED! CUDOS TO NATHAN!

Justin did a damn good job at explaining what needed to be done. I would trust him with any roofing job I'll have done.

Very patient in explaining and answering my questions

Guardian Roofing did incredible work for us. They removed our old torch-down roof, removed the old, insufficient insulation, air-sealed our attic, added new insulation and re-roofed the house with a beautiful new roof. In the process, they added new, necessary attic ventilation. They also removed the old “box gutters” (down spouts coming right out the roof) and prepared the way for new gutters.
Our experience with Guardian was extraordinary.
Edwuin Luciano Ruiz led the roofing team, and they did an excellent job with masterful skill and efficiency. The team was incredible to watch. They were friendly and easy to work with. The new roof is terrific. They did a great job of cleaning up, too, not an easy task when you’re tearing off a roof.
Jose Luis Carrillo Martinez lead the insulation team. They did remarkable work and our home is much warmer for it. Where the bedroom end of our top floor was always colder than the living room end, now the entire top floor is essentially the same, pleasant temperature.
Emmanuel “Manny” Saavedra was the overall project manager for our job and he blew our minds with his helpfulness. He went way out of his way to serve us, answering questions and helping with a few tweaks we needed. He made sure the entire process was excellent for us.
Ron Otis gave us the initial estimate at our house. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He spent quite a bit of time with us answering questions and making sure we understood our options. He adjusted the estimate several times as we switched gears on the plan.
“English” was helpful with financing and Rob the Production Engineer helped answer our questions.
Overall, Guarding Roofing vastly exceeded our expectations, which were high!! They flexed with our needs where other companies couldn’t work with our specific requirements. We give them 5/5 stars and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Guardian replaced my roof in 2020 and now I'm having the roof cleaned, moss protection applied, and gutters and downspouts replaced.
Justin Borcher performed the inspection and estimate explaining all issues and recommended solutions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything in a manner that we could understand and he made sure that we were comfortable with the presentation. I would highly recommend Justin Borcher and Guardian for any roof issues.

They came and did light maintenance and cleaned our roof and gutters. They did an excellent job and went the extra mile and cleaned up very well.

Very helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with Tanner. He was patient, gave us good options and gave us the time we needed to make the right decision. Thank you.

Jose was pleasant, helpful and right away saw what the problems were. Fixed both issues and was very knowledgeable about the gutters. Thank you!

Representative was friendly and knowledgeable. Patiently worked with me on how to fix my roofing situation.

Would have given him 10 stars if only if could

Max was very professional and well spoken. He took time to explain all my needs and the repairs they will make. I felt confident that the work to be done will be of good quality.

Dylan was prompt, courteous, buisnesslike, and not hard sell.

Very friendly thanks for your bid.

Jeffrey came out and gave a great inspectikn and verified our concern on our vent pipe boots and gave us overall timeframe left on the roof. Santiago came out and did the work. Excellent getting them out, scheduled, repair done. No upselling or doomsaying - just straight up "here's our assessment, here's the timeline for larger repairs and here's our cost."

Usually tough to find somewhere where the scheduling, estimate, work, etc... we're all top rate. Not the cheapest but reasonably priced. Solid work and would gladly have the Guardian Crew back out again.

Recardo Garcia and his partner did repair work on my chimney and otherh issues today. They worked very hard and at end of day cleaned up everything. I would recommend them completely.

Ron Otis was professional knowledgeable enjoyed his presentation give him a try Guardian seems like a great company

Max came out to give me a bid on roof and gutter cleaning on my lake cabin. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and honest about what my roof needs, and what they could do to preserve my roof and extend its life. He answered any questions I had and gave me a bid for the work.
