“Excellent customer services!!! I will go back to Guardian for future roofing projects. I had some issues with the project that was just finished. They acted promptly and got things right after I called, and I really appreciated that. First issue I had was over some confusion on the change order and extra charges, when I called, they quickly investigated and found out what the extra charge was and decided not to charge me because of the overlook on their side. The second issue was the technician missed a piece of fascia that was supposed to repaired. After I called, they came back as soon as they could and finish it up nicely. Nobody makes 0 mistakes, and I really like this company because they are sincere and try to make things right.”
