“All in all a good experience. The quality of work is excellent. Was impressed with the quality control inspector that arrived after the work was complete and the improvements he made to what I thought was great work. The installation crew was great considering the contact cold rain. The gutter design modifications went exactly as envisioned. Very well done. Comments I would make regarding improving the experience include: * Unhappy with charging the complete job to my credit card before the installation of gutters was started - contrary to what I signed in the contract; * Site survey failing to access mature trees into impact on delivery of materials and weight of delivery truck on custom concrete driveway; * Imprecise roofing scheduling challenges caused me to hold four weeks of my personal schedule in order to be present for both the roofing and gutter installation. I would recommend Guardian Roofing to friends.”
