“From the very beginning of this process I was concerned that I was going to have to spend up to $16,000 to have my roof replaced, based on estimates from other companies. Then Jim from Guardian came out and spent about 1 1/2 hours in my attic and on my roof. We sat at our dining room table and Jim said he could replace the roof if we wanted but, it just needs some shingles repaired and replaced.
