“The technician was more than competent in roofing technologies, having received advanced training in many different roofing products (metal, tile, asphalt, etc.), and was very friendly and honest with any issues he came across. He found a repair needed on the chimney, but told me that it wasn't to the point where it needed repaired right then and there. The repair process was very straight forward from the day the initial inspector came out until the work was complete. The only thing I could say that might be construed as a negative is the length of time from initial order to completed repair, but I guess that's what you get when you choose a company that gets so much business in a field that's affected by rain operating in the Pacific Northwest region!”
