“The job was done well (from what I can tell), and the people were very nice--everything was great EXCEPT the time it took to complete. I had to call for every step of the process. Frankly, I'm not sure the job would have gotten done before the rains had I not called! My deposit was paid on 5/30, and ended (following another telephone call) on 8/7. That is not what I was led to believe when I signed the contract in May. I was told two to three weeks, not two to three months!”
