“Guardian performed a roof repair and moss cleanup for us three years ago. They did a great job on a terribly moss covered roof. (Our insurance company had contacted us saying that they required the moss removed!) The roof looked almost new after Guardian's process. The moss prevention system needs to be renewed every three years in this climate. Guardian just did our renewal. (Not a spot of moss had regrown in the three years, so now we are preventing rather than remediating!) They came and evaluated, we scheduled, they came on time and did just what we had agreed on with a great attitude and the roof continues to look great. And the insurance company continues to be happy.”
