“I am very happy with the roof repairs that were completed on my older modular home by Guardian Roofing. Everyone was very honest about what was needed and what would help with my particular situation to extend the life of my roof. I was quoted as "needing a new roof" by another company at more than double the cost of my actual cost for repairs. I was given options of required work to fix the problem, and things that could help my situation. It was my choice what I wanted to complete. Since I am a widow, with limited income, the new roof would have been quite a hardship. All workers called prior to arriving to set up times for the work to be done, informed me when I needed to be present and would call in AM of appointed work day as follow up. There were 3 different crews scheduled to complete the necessary work and everyone was equally professional and informative with what they were doing. A fair and local company that truly cares about their customers.”
