“The sales and installation process was fine. Because the shingles that I selected are a more complicated installation process, the process was a little longer than I expected, but that was fine. I am very happy with the look of my new roof. It meets my expectations. The punchlist process, however, was disappointing, as it took the gentleman who was doing the work an extended time period to arrive and get everything done. But, please know that he was very pleasant. The one thing that he forgot to do was to clean off the white residue from the solution that he used to clean spots off of my vinyl siding. This gets less and less as it rains. One last thing. Now that my new roof has been on for a year, I would like an inspection to make sure that there are not any issues and unexpected leaks that I can't see. Thanks, Lu Lockwood”
