“Overall, we are satisfied with the roofing repair work we had done at our home and would recommend them. Our water damage ended up being more extensive than we thought it would be but we were forewarned about that. There was a hole created through a ceiling by someone stepping through a removed roof vent but the person sent to repair our bedroom ceiling did a very good job. As said previously, the actual repair work was fine but there seems to be a continuing issue with their information about our physical address vs our mailing address. It seems that the roofing people and the ceiling repairman were sent to our mailing address. I called the office and thought I corrected that issue but I just received a nice thank-you gift from the company and it was dropped off over our gate instead of being sent to our mailing address. Also, a few weeks after our ceiling repair work was completed, someone from the office called to set up the repair work.”
