“The estimate was very thorough. Aaron took his time and explained the recommended job in detail. All questions were answered fully. Very accommodating. There was no pressure. The job was done timely and very tidy. Everything was cleaned up each day. There was an issue with the attic fan. It apparently was not secured correctly and shook and made a loud noise when it came on. This was resolved fairly quickly (two weeks) and it has not been a problem since. Hopefully nothing more will develop. The entire process went very well and I would not hesitant recommending Guardian to anyone needing a roof. The cost seemed high from what others I know said they paid for a re-roof, but it was really hard to compare as roofs are not the same and we did have other work done. Our neighbor had his roof done by Guardian five years ago and our quote was just few thousand more. It seemed comparable.”
