“Overall, I am satisfied with the work completed. The Guardian Roofing Estimator, installer and customer support staff were very professional, informative and polite. The roofing replacement and repair work were completed as proposed. I was most impressed by the follow-up customer service. A small section of siding that had to be removed and replaced was broken during replacement. I am currently a Senior Project- Construction Manager and have worked in construction for over 45 years. I understand that projects do not always go as planned. What really matters is how these situations are handled.
