“Overall, this entire roof maintenance project has been well handled. I had a complaint, you responded with better than anticipated correction and I have no complaints. Your communication has been very good and I have a pretty high confidence level that my long-term roof outlook is excellent due to your work.
My only hesitation for referring you is cost. I did not do a good job evaluating alternatives and I did not competitively bid the work. I got very good work, but I don't have any sense for where your costs shake out in terms of you competitors. Granted I don't know where their quality and thoroughness would be either. I would certainly recommend you from the perspective of how you performed, but I would also advice anyone to check on competitive options as this is not an inexpensive bit of work.
