“Generally, good. Todd Brown, estimator, was very thorough, helpful, and informative. Dusty, scheduler/dispatcher?, was professional and decent - even when I grumbled about several delays and changes to schedule. I know that conditions are uncertain, and I was just anxious on timing to avoid the worst of them! That worked out OK. Miguel stayed in touch about the job, and took time to discuss status and procedures with me one evening. That was appreciated. Overall - (pending closer inspection on roof) - satisfied with process and work. And, I would use and recommend Guardian again. P.S. - Also, the communication protocol is very good. I have not had a chance to get on the roof to more closely survey - flashing, ridge vent, skylights, etc. - but from ground level, the job looks clean and tight on both the cabin and on the shed. I will take a look "up top" when time allows.”
