“I had a roof leak that was most likely simple (roof vent), but am not able to do the repair. Guardian personnel were quick to come out and evaluate and give me an honest quote. They even planned for possibly larger repair if required. Unfortunately do to my repair being minor, it took a month to work in the time to do it. Guardian was upfront about the time when they quoted the repair. Repair time was about 15 minutes and did only require a new vent. Guardian was also upfront about the minimum charge and did not reduce the price when the repair became minor. They did give me the shingles that were part of the quote. I would recommend guardian to others. Others I spoke to recommended them, also.”
