“We called Guardian Roofing to have them come out and take a look at our roof as it was leaking through the soffits and was estimated to be near end of life. Their evaluator came out within a few days of the call and took a look inside and out to determine everything that was going on with it. He talked us through all of the issues he saw and was up front about the options available to us from repair to complete replacement. Ultimately, we decided to remove the old roof and install a new one based on his recommendation and have been satisfied with the results. They actually started the job just a few days after we signed the paperwork, which was a nice surprise. There was a small issue of the crew initially missing part of the scope, but after their foreman did a walkthrough of the job upon completion, he noted that and called them back the next day to fix it. The job might have cost slightly more than going with another company, but Guardian was quick, thorough, and the final product looks great on our house. We'd certainly use them again.”
