“This past winter I discovered water dripping from the ceiling upstairs. The estimator was very through in his investigation of the issue, and determined that water was getting in around my chimney. He recommended that I have the flashing replaced around the chimney. I am very satisfied with the whole process: from getting an estimate, to the completion of the work. Majority of my project went smoothly. There was a small communication error between the contract and the technician's instructions, but everyone worked very diligently to get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
